foxshadow answered Sunday March 28 2004, 8:25 pm: Whay would you want to lose weight? You should be happy with yourself! :)
But if you really want to lose weight, there's no miracle cure. You got to drop that bag of cheese puffs and eat right, along with working out at least three times a week. [ foxshadow's advice column | Ask foxshadow A Question ]

Other than those two things you can eat how ever you want, and it doesn't involve exercise!:) [ GiftedMonkee's advice column | Ask GiftedMonkee A Question ]

metawidget answered Saturday March 27 2004, 6:06 pm: Swear off escalators, elevators and the like, get off the bus a stop or two early... and drink lots of water... little things burn lots of energy over time and a little more fullness keeps hunger at bay. Cspinoza1 answered Saturday March 27 2004, 2:44 pm: Run, Skate, swim, jog, work out on cardio machines and if you can drink heavy liquids with low calories. But if I were you I would swim a mile a day for 2 weeks I lost ten pounds doing that once (66 lap in a 25 meter pool)
alpha answered Saturday March 27 2004, 12:34 pm: Try to exercise at least twenty minutes a day, three times a week (do something that gets your heart rate up, like running, swimming, jumping rope, etc.).
Eight glasses of water a day.
Cut out junk food (especially greasy and/or sugary food), and eat enough healthy food, like fresh fruits and veggies. If you consume *too* few calories, your metabolism will slow down, and you won't lose weight as quickly. [ alpha's advice column | Ask alpha A Question ]

Siren_Cytherea answered Friday March 26 2004, 11:50 pm: Watch your diet. Eat foods with a lot of water, like carrots, celery, cucumber, lettuce...veggies and the like. Eat a tiny bit less of everything you usually eat. Like try to leave a bite of everything on your plate. (like if I eat a pancake in the morning, I leave one piece on the plate. Lol. Yeah, weird, but ehh...)
Oh, and any time you want a snack, grab a piece of gum instead. Hope I helped!

lauve645 answered Friday March 26 2004, 8:58 pm: Try eating healthier and exercizing more. Start off on a regular diet while eating a lot of foods that contain water in them. Though they don't really take your hunger away, it is a good way to loose some weight in the food department.
Then try exercizing for 15 minutes a day and then work your way up.
