I suggest getting on the pill. This will help regulate your cycle to 28 days. Later in life when you are no longer growing (late highschool and on) there are other ways to speed it up. Asprin thins the blood so it will make the flow heavier and faster, but it will also take much less time, but I do not suggest you do this since you are 12. ]
do excercise and stuff like that ]
Yeah, go on the pill (helps regulate your cycle). Either that, or just wait for it to settle. Since you got it so young, it may take time. Hell, I got mine at 12. I'm now 16, and it's just starting to regulate itself. It's horridly annoying. If you want it to settle fast, the Pill is the best answer. Good luck =)

WEll the only thing you can do is just relax, calm down, rest, eat good foods this should help (drink water).. hope this helps.

It may just be your body settling in - at 12, your hormones are just beginning to fly around all over the place. I remember having a similar experience, I had my first period when i was 8, and i used to have 2 week long ones. You can go to your GP and see if s/he can put you on the birth control pill to regulate your periods, or you can wait for them to settle down naturally. ]
