Giving a boy head is sucking his dick, which isnt too good, b/c things could happen, like you could get diseases or something, depending on the guy and what he has done. But if i were you, stay away from people who ask of you to do this, its not right for you to go through with it!

I thought that definition was of a "blow job"...but i might be wrong. Or could be both. Either way...

"Giving head" is a slang term for performing oral sex on a guy — one partner stimulating another partner's penis. Women and men can both "give head." Oral sex on a man is also called fellatio. And oral sex on a woman is called cunnilingus.
