Would you do it with someone you weren't sexually attracted to? We often hug, kiss, and hold hands with friends and relatives, but we don't hump them (at least most of us don't, if you do we can address that in a seperate question). If it's something you're only doing out of sexual attraction, then it might as well be sex.
