Not all music is available for purchase. But you should try to find out who the publisher of the songs are that you are looking for, then get their catalog.
Do you really mean to look for a whole score? Or just a part/arrangement?

Try www.sheetmusicplus.com . I don't know how much music they have for double bass, but I always go there for music. Try typing "music scores anime movies double bass" into a search engine, entering as many particulars as you want... sites with more matching words found will show up. Good luck, and have fun!
