shay*shay answered Saturday February 7 2004, 11:50 am: You need will power for that. So skip deserts and snacks. Make sure that you work out and run everyday. Eat healthy foods etc.

No, I'm joking about that because I personally think those pills are just crap.
Try eating no grains...I read in a couple of books ('The South Beach Diet' and 'Metabolic Typing') that grains made you fat, or fatter than you should be, because they digest slowly causing them to do something like rot, or since they arent all the way digested they just change into fat. Just a theory, though, you might try that. Also try working out on a regular basis...I recommend some of these workout tapes...
Denise Austin Fit Fast Abs
Denise Austin Ultimate Fat Burner
Walk Away the Pounds Super Challenge
Walk Away the Pounds for Abs
Tae-Bo Gold
THE FIRM(!!! Really awesome, my mom says. It's an older work out tape, it might be harder to find.)
Or if you don't want to go out buying tapes, just do more activities and eat healthier foods such as fruits, veggies, etc. Fresh, (not cooked or anything) foods are best for you--they digest easier.
DO NOT PUT YOURSELF ON A STARVATION DIET! It could spiral downward into anorexia--plus it DECREASES your metabolism, so when you DO eat, you absorb food slower. [ AskSpanky's advice column | Ask AskSpanky A Question ]
Whatever answered Friday February 6 2004, 3:56 pm: Even if you eat healthy foods and exercise daily, I don't think you can lose that much in a short period of time...Unless you don't eat anything at all for that whole two weeks! [ Whatever's advice column | Ask Whatever A Question ]
