Ok, in health class, eighth grade, we have to learn a lot about the human body and what is good and what is not so good food to eat and stuff like that. Well, anyways, we were talking and there is this one pregnant girl in class, I asked her how she got pregnant and she laughed and said, "ask Joe" That was about a week ago, but I am scared to ask my health teacher because it seems as if everyone knows but, how do you get pregnant and is it true that when you have a baby it comes out as an egg then hatches?

its really not that complicated.
a boy sticks his penis into a girls vagina (without a condom), they have sex, the boy cums in the girl, the sperm from his penis goes into the girls vagina and fertilizes an egg. the egg travels through the felopian tube into the fetus and is attached to the mothers body through the umbelical cord (which turns into your belly button) and it grows inside a womans stomach for 9 months, then BAM! you push the baby out of your vagina.

orphans answered Thursday January 1 2004, 7:11 pm: Never be scared to ask a health teacher something, unless they're growing clowns out of their overheads. Human babies do not hatch from eggs, because we are not one of the two mammals that do do that. (platypuses and..uh..the other one.) anyway, happy new year. Trueflight answered Thursday January 1 2004, 3:32 pm: Don't be scared to ask things because you're afraid of seeming ignorant... the only reason you shouldn't ask something is if you feel uncomfortable talking about it with your teacher. If you have a question, see if you can ask after class when your classmates won't be listening. [ Trueflight's advice column | Ask Trueflight A Question ]
shay*shay answered Thursday January 1 2004, 10:46 am: No! After the baby is in the stomach for a wile it gets too big for the small egg so it opens into the sack. Were not chickens! In a way, that sets us apart from the animals.

MichiruKaiou answered Thursday January 1 2004, 8:19 am: Wow.. oh wow.. humans hatch from eggs? You must have heard horribly horribly wrong. Okay, let's try to explain this in a simple way. Men have sperm within their genital areas. Women have eggs within theirs, but not eggs like chicken eggs! These eggs are TINY. When a man ejaculates into a woman's vagina, thousands of sperm cells are released into the woman. Once one comes in contact with the egg, the egg becomes fertilized and becomes 1 cell. That cell continues dividing continuously until a full baby is created, 9 months later. After about 9 months, the woman gives birth to the baby. So we can say it like this.. Women don't lay eggs, they just lay babies! (haha!) The only mammals to lay eggs are platypi and echidnas. [ MichiruKaiou's advice column | Ask MichiruKaiou A Question ]
