Dear Moving,
This may sound just downright rude, but it's the only way that I can say this. If they are your friends, they should help you move, without you having to offer them anything. Trucks may be a different story, because of their parents needing them for work or something. But helping to move? Your friends should be offering YOU their help...and you shouldn't have to be begging them. If they really can't help, I would consider paying for a "mover" to come in. He will move everything into trucks and deliver it to your new location for you.
Good Luck!

Generally, keeping them well fed (pizza, tacos in bulk, etc.) during the move and throwing a party (with copious amonuts of beverage for them) among the cardboard boxes at the end is a good start. If you're borrowing trucks, you're probably on the hook for filling them up with gas at some point in the move.
Ask a week or two ahead... when they're happy and not too stressed!
You don't need to give them an "I'll help you move" coupon... they'll understand that you're willing to help (with roughly the same provisions) when it comes their turn to move. ]
usually if you are sincere and they are good friends they should help without much of a fit. If you feel like they need some more coaxing, take them out to Taco Bell and show them a good time. *wink wink* ]
Tell them that after you've moved into yuor new place, you'll invite them over for pizza and take them soemwhere. You could also give tem chocolate after they help. Those things normally work. With the trucks, you might need to do more...try promising to pay for gas and shake with them you'll pay if any damage is caused. ]
