altar serving

OK so i am catholic, and i am an altar server. In early october, i had a very bad knee injury and was on crutches for a very long time, so i couldn't serve. My knee injury occured when my knee just collapsed. Tonight, i am altar serving christmas eve mass, which is one of the biggest masses of the year. It is also my first mass back after my injury. Im excited to be back, because i love to altar serve, especially christmas eve. But I am so afraid that my knee will just collapse again, i just got off my crutches yesterday! I mean .. i have a brace on too. Any advice on how to relax, and not worry about my knee collapsing?

how do i reduce the redness of a spot?
and i use to have a big spot but now its gone but its still red like a scar how do i get rid of that too?thanx ill rate high

ohkay well, i used to talk to this guy a lot on the phone. he liked me for a little while and it took him a long time just to tell me he liked me. and i asked why it did and he said "i didnt wanna hurt your feelings." ididnt understand how my feelings would get hurt and he said "well, if i told you i liked you.. and if i start to lose feelings for you.." and so on. well that EXACTLY what happened. he kinda stopped talking to me, and i like him alooooooot. help? 5's on all the good ones.

ive been hanging out with my friend lets call him mat...and hes always looking at me and smiling and when were with all our friends..he could be talking to everyone but hes only looking at me...
he was talking about hooking up with this girl named shelby..and when he was saying it he kept looking at me seeing what i was doin or if i was gonna say something ...and of course i didnt...
i really like him alot..and i dont know what to do...

I am in this new relationship now with a mexican and I am white. His name is Jorge(not real name) and I have known him for almost three years now. just monday my boyfriend and me had a fight.You see on sunday i called him and his sister answered and she was telling me that my boyfriend and his ex-girlfriend ericka had a relationship ever since we were going out but she ever found out about are relationship and the next day he was telling me that he was not cheating on me. ok well im in eighth grade and like im definately not overweight...and my arms are skinny and stuff and my legs are kinda muscular cause i play sports but you no how like you thighs are kinda fat well i wanna no like exercises where you can make them like muscluar.ooo and like my stomach im thinking of like just not eating because my stomach like kills me i always look at myself in the mirror and think just like uhhhh i wanna lose it and i cant!!!! sooo i dont no what to dooo!!!!

hey um like my teacher is a dumb ass and when we get all the credit for something she things that we are spoiled and everyone hates her except for Megan the teachers pet. Megan always hugs my teacher and the teacher only gives her hugs and stuff. Every 5 minutes. Megan gets out of her seat to go hug my teacher she is probably only being that way to get attention. well i'm going to get to the point how do i aviod Megan from hugging my teacher so much thats about 120 hugs each day help me!!!!!!!!!!!

Mouth Sore?

Could this be a possible sign of a STD?
I have this open, gaping wound in my mouth. It's more like a hole inside my mouth. A lot of the time it's white, but you can see it going into my mouth.
I've been sexually active, but not in the past month and this has just appeared in the last week.
My boyfriend I am 99.99% sure that he is STD free because I'm the only one he's bee sexually active with.
Could this just be a severe canker sore? Or possibly I bit my lip and didn't remember? Or is there a chance it's a STD.
If you have any idea what an oral STD might look like, I'd like to know that too.
