ok well im in eighth grade and like im definately not overweight...and my arms are skinny and stuff and my legs are kinda muscular cause i play sports but you no how like you thighs are kinda fat well i wanna no like exercises where you can make them like muscluar.ooo and like my stomach im thinking of like just not eating because my stomach like kills me i always look at myself in the mirror and think just like uhhhh i wanna lose it and i cant!!!! sooo i dont no what to dooo!!!!

H0LDM3CL0S3 answered Saturday December 24 2005, 1:18 am: im in 8th grade too and i definatly know where you are coming from. you said it yourself... youre not over weight. keep in shape and youll be fine. you have to eat or you will get so sick and it wont be pretty. ive seen it before. it puts you in bad moods and you are most likely gonna be cranky. if you dont eat at all yeahh youre not getting the fats but youre also not getting the daily nutrients your body needs. just excersize. and i know it is harder during the winter because of the weather but you can make up your own workouts and diets. do it with a friend. buy some richard simmons videos! lol! do yoga! thats always fun! eat litely but make sure you have enough food in your system. try small snacks like: cheerios or fruit in the morning school sered lunch (not very appetizing i know but you cant really do anything about it) or you can bring an apple or orange slices to lunch and after school have some veggie sticks or toast and for dinner eat what is served with a side of a vegtable or cottage cheese. if you are used to drinking 2% milk, work your way down to skim. drink 1% for a couple of weeks then get skim. after a while you cant tell the difference! i did the same thing! but dont think of it as loosing weight; think of it as staying in shape! i hope i helped!
