I've been thinking about going to Mexico for my sweet 16. Mainly because I love the flowery clothes and bags there, and I love to take pictures.
If anyone has been to mexico or knows about it, can you estimate whther it will be pricy? what is the culture over there like? what's up with the food? any good shopping (not designer, i like thrifty things). Thanks!

category: random wierdos. mostly because i'm turning into one. i need to learn how to swallow my pride. everytime i feel like crying i tell myself no. why? i have been crying lately though, but i don't know why. my friend told me to think about my feelings and see what happens. i've been thinking since summer and there's no result. I HAVE not been depressed at all, i'm a happy person! but there is a guy i've liked since summer and everytime i think about him i get sad? even though there's nothing wrong! wtf? i tryed to call my best friend who i haven't seen or talked to in about two weeks and try to talk to her but no one was home. help?! i also need to learn how to get over a boy. I don't want to, but i know that i need to. thanks-

15/f. So I kinda get picked on sometimes, not in a bullying-beating up kind of way, though. It's like some people I meet and barely know just don't like me and hold serious grudges against me..like, my dance teacher picks on me all the time and I can just tell that she doesn't like me even though I've never done anything to her. I can recall like 10 people who I used to be friends with but randomly out of the blue just start telling me they don't like me and just start hating me, i don't understand it! People in school pick on me a lot, too, they copy off of me and bother me and pretty much walk all over me, and I am totally sick of it, i know that people do this because I'm quiet and mature and other kids know i'm smart so they try to chea...

I'm throwing a party next week and I've decided to make it a dance party because whenever my friends and I go to parties, we end up dancing anyway. So I'm all ready, I have trance and hip hop music and a strobe light. I'm inviting about 80 people. I'll probably have about 40 to 50 on the dance floor at a time.
I have a three-floored house. The living room is about a carpeted 13'5"x15'5" room that's on the middle floor and takes up two floors (the second floor is open to below). My house was built in 1999, we bought it new and it's made of wood (whatever they use in British Columbia). Right underneath the room, the basement is unfinished and I have an unfinished toilet and an unfinished bedroom. The ceiling isn't...

Strict parents/prom

Currently, I'm 16. When (if I can) I go to prom, I'll be 17.
Let me start off with saying I have VERY strict parents. To give you an idea of how strict my parents are on me, I'll give you a few rules that they have on me:
-I can't spend the night at ANYONE'S (besides family) house. I never have.
-I can't let anyone besides family ride in my car.
-I can't go to any friends' house.
-I can't ride in anyone else's car besides family.
I want to go to prom with my boyfriend this year (it's his senior prom, I'm just a junior). Nothing mischievous is going to happen between us that night. No drinking, drugs, sex, etc.
Regardless, my parents don't seem to be very trusting of ...

umm i have to read a newberry honor book. which one do you think is the best read for a 13 year old girl who likes like a little romance, humor, adventure, emotions, etc in a book? like just a good book basically, or i'll lose interest easy. i have to get it at the library tomorrow, for a literacy assignment. thankyou lots! it doesnt even have to be on this list. it just has to be a newberry honor book or a newberry award book.

Loss/Hurt

I just got rid of my best guy friend. I'm a female. I don't know what to do, he's the only one who listened and seemed to care. Lately he seemed like he didn't care at all, he hasn't even been talking to me. So I'm avoiding him now, and it feels like I've basically lost him.
How can I not be so hurt? I'm sinking into depression and it's horrible. Are there any things I can do to not be this terribly upset? Thank you.

I'm 16/f. My best guy friend is 16/m. He recently told me that he really liked me in december, and was even going to ask me out. Then he changed the subject, and I realized I'm a dumbass for asking him why he didn't ask me out.
Recently he's been treating me shitty. We don't hang out at all really, while during december we hung out almost every day. I have hung out with him once in January. Why do you think hes acting this way? Does it seem to you he gave up trying to be my friend because maybe he doesnt like me anymore? He still could, I dont know I didnt ask. But I truly feel he doesnt care for me at all anymore and it really hurts, he used to be the most carng person. I have talked to him about it, all he says is that he cares.

Okay so all i really drink are frappucinos.
Ive had cafe vanilla, carmel vanilla, vanilla mocha, and peppermint mocha. <-- my FAVORITE! ( if you havent had it, you should!!
what other unique combinations do yall make when you order frappacinos. i know you could mix any of starbucks flavors and they will make it for you. so what do yall get?
also, if there are any hot drinks that dont have much coffee in them..please let me know? i like about the amount that are in frappucinos. one time i got a carmel machiato, and i hated it! alot of pple my age (14) get them though, and they love them, and they say that they dont have alot of coffee too. maybe mine just had alot on accident? i dont know. but about the hot drinks.. let me know please!
