Dallas cowboy cheerleader.

Im 14, and im 150 ilbs. I am not athletic at all, I can barely do a cartwheel. My dream has always been to be a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader. How can I start exerciseing and doing streches, where by the time im older to be one=].
Everyone tells me I'm GORGOUS. It's just my weight! And i I'm not Athletic.
I can't join a cheer team, because they use the best! It's so imbaressing. So whats hould ido at home, Im willing to do ALOT a day =]. & how much weight would I loose, and how fast?

signs of my period?

I was recently diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome after I haven't had my period in over a year. I started this new medicine two months ago to help get rid of the cyst on them and possibly get my period soon. anyways, i noticed a few days ago my nipples have been very tender and sore. when i was younger and actually got my period my nipples would get sore like this. I think i might be getting my period but im not too sure. Do you think maybe my medicine is working and maybe i could be getting my period? and if not, what else do you think it could be. thanks.

so i jsut found out today
that my cousin who is in 3rd grade
is blind now
because he had a headache and didnt say anything
and now he has a brain tumor
and my aunt and uncle are getting the reults back today
to see if it spread to his spine
and if it did
they cant do anything and he is going to die
and i dont know what to do!
im crying right now talking about it
i dotn want him to die
because i love him so much
and espiaically cause he has a full life ahead of him. hes only like 9 or 10
idk if i should be sad that he can possibly die
or be happy for him cause hes not sufferring and hes in a better place.
help me please!

ok so i was drunk at my friends house and so was her brothers friend...we will just call him trav... and we were flirting all night until i went to talk to my friend. she said that she was really protective of him but i just left and when i got inside trav grabbed me and kissed me, several times. we have been talking ever since but my friend doesnt want us to be together because she is protective of him. We want tobe together but neither of us wants to hurt her. and she doesnt like him. What should i do?

christmas gifts advices

ok, so, for christmas, i'm giving my close friends a silver bracelet. i'm putting it in a kinda small box-ish thing and putting a ribbon around it and a flower on it. i was gonna put other things in it cuz the box is pretty big for just a bracelet. what else should i put in it?
also, i like my guy best friend, and i was just thinking of maybe buying him something for christmas. is that a good idea? if so, what should i buy him? i was thinking of maybe asking him of what he wants for christmas and make it sound like a fun-tease kind of thing. but i'm not sure if i should do that. so any help for these would be very great!

my nose really hurts! like the outside part around your nostril.. its killing me. its barely a little pink, but it feels swolen and is painful to the touch or just if i move my face. and its only on the left side of my nose. i havent been sick or anything, so it cant be raw. what can i do?

Ok, um...there was this guy that i liked and i really liked him, and i thought he liked me, so i had his friend Alex( a girl) to tell him, and it turned out i was wrong, but how was i supposed to know, he was always flirting with me. Anyways, he isnt interested in me like that, and i was ok with that, but there is only one problem. WHY CANT I GET OVER HIM! I like him evem more, can you tell me why i cant get over him, because i mean shudnt i be like upset? I am so confused. Please help me!

alright well let me start of by telling you i have a boyfriend on which ive been seeing since june now and i really like him..he also seems to really like me...but one of these girlsi knowin school is always trying to get with him..he always says how he wont do that and i beleave him..but on holloween he was at some park and she was there and one of my REALLY good friends said she saw them really close and everything.
-he got home later that night and told me he was asking her something and just wanted to tell me before anyone else did..im not mad at him im just really confused. like i dont want to give her the satisfaction that its making me mad and i dont think talking to him about her "again" is going to solve anything..please help me :)

well i have been dating my boyfriend for quite a whilue now and we have been doing stuff but not sex dont worry but i gave him head the other day and he ejaculated in my mouth and it was a lot i am 16 but in health they said not more than a tablespoon and it seemed like much more and i ended up swallowing some but it tasted so horrible and it was like foamy yellowish my throat kind of hurt in the morning . . . is that normal should we get tested to be safe?

im 12 years old and i've had pimples since the beginning of 6th grade (im in 7th now) and i have a boyfriend, but i hate my pimples sooo much. i would do ANYTHING to get them gone. i have recently purchased ProActiv Solution and i've been using it once a day because it was drying out my skin. How long do you think this will take? I've tried Benzaclin, AcneFree, and now Proactiv, and nothing seems to work. Help?
