fast heart beats good or bad?

Ok when you excercise and your heart beats really fast then that's good but when you smoke your heart beats really fast but that's bad. Why?
Both make hearts beat fast I don't know why one is good and one is bad

Convert to MP3

I have ITunes and i want to put my music onto my sidekick 3 and so i need to convert it to MP3. I changed the setting so that if i right click the song, it says convert to MP3 instead of the other thing. So now when i click it to convert it to MP3, it says its protected. How to i make it un-protected?

I have this one friend, we'll call her Shell, who is really clingy. It usually doesn't bother me that my friends wanna hang out and stuff, but Shell wants to talk to me all the time! I mean, I have friends that don't go to my school, and she does. Well, she wants to talk to me all the time, and when I tell her I need to talk to my other friends, she gets mad and starts saying I don't want to talk to her because she just talks about her problems. That is kind of true, but it isn't that. It's that she is really clingy, and a lot of the stuff she says happens or is happening sounds way to far fetched to be true. She sounds genuine when she talks about it, but it sound a little to out there. Anyway, my question is how do I get her not to be so cling all the time?

I have liked this guy (C) for 3 months exactly. I liked him and my crush for him just kept growing more and more. We talked, flirted, stared at each other a lot. Walked the halls. I was like oh my gosh hes the one! And I loved coming to school every day, and I could tell his style was getting better and so was mine. This was going on for 3 months. i moved 2 years ago to the place i am now, but the problem is that i am finding it hard to make more friends. Almost everyone at my "new" school has been here since they were in preschool and all know each other. i have climbed my way up a social ladder while i watched other people take the elevator. i have really great friends, who are the ditzy kind of people who are outrageuously outgoing and know everybody. you'd think that that'd make me more in depth with everybody, but it hasn't. all the "unpopular" people as my friends refer to them as have been friends with the "popular" people but have then drifted away. i don't know how to reach out to people i want to be friends with. i am becoming more and more out...

okay well i have this crush on this kid in my class- at least i think i do. i dunno if i really like him sometimes i really feel like i like him but other times i feel like we are just friends. but i think i might just be pushing this thought that i like him out of my mind
because i am scared because i do not know what to do if i like him or how to let him know (i dont want to let him know). last time i had a crush was when i was 7 in first grade i am now 14 so i am new to this and i dont ever really get this feeling.What should i do? should i just give up?
PS he is like 5'6 and really like really skinny and i am in good shape but not really skinny i am 5'10
