what if it feels like i always have to pee even right after i do? and then its really unconfortable after i do pee..im a virgin, but ive given my boyfriend head before, but i know that he doesnt have any stds. could i have an std?

okay lets say i wanted to give my boyfriend a bj.
hes never done more than just kiss another girl besides me. so basically.. hes never been in contact with anything that could possibly give him an std. except he was in the hospital a bunch of times when he was like seven and he had like surgerys and stuff for his allergies to foods or something. i dont know. but he couldnt possibly get like aids or anything from that right? and so lets say he has no stds.. then if i give him a bj i cant get anything right? except for hpv because its in the sperm. but it cant be the kind that turns into cervical cancer right?.. because the virus isnt coming into contact with the cervix. is this correct? im kinda scared of getting stuff and dying so i dont wanna take any really big risks. thanks.
