cartilage piercing

I want to ask my mom about getting my cartilage pierced. I have 5 earrings now and I got them all before I was 12 so I am pretty sure she would be alright with this but I haven't asked her yet so I need some convincing points just in case.
I know piercing guns cause excess scar tissue and have a much higher risk of infection than needles do. Even if the gun hurts less I would rather just use a needle and be safe. I'm not sure how to go about finding a piercing parlor? I live near Philadelphia.
Anyway, everyone I have talked to said it didn't hurt much while being pierced, but then afterwards it was very sore. Is there anything I could do to cut back on the soreness after the piercing if I get it?

17/f my boyfriend moved to florida and i live in texas. my dad said i can either visit him over thanksgiving break or christmas break. the other break we will take a family vacation. i know 3 of his friends are trying to go there over thanksgiving break. his friends are nice and all but it would be more fun if i could just hang with him. but if i went over thanksgiving i would have more time with him and it would be less expensive. but i spent new years with him this year and i would love to do it again. if you were me, when would you pick?

ok my chest just started hurtin recently. like not my boobs but inside my chest. like between my breasts. i feel like someone is sitting on top of me, but i have no trouble breathing at all. it just hurts idky why.
ps. if it helps. im pregnant. first time.

I'm 15/f and I'm pretty much an animal rights wanna be activist freak. lol
I saw the SHAC demos put together into one video on youtube. I believe they're stationed in Europe...maybe I'm wrong. Anyways, are they going to come to Washington DC or somewhere in Virginia again? And could I join even though I'm only 15? Although I highly doubt my mom would let me be part of a demo but whatever. I just wanted to know how old you have to be in order to be able to join demos

raccoon hair

I'm 16/f, scene hair (puffy ontop, stright and long at the bottom) It's dark dark brown and I'm going to colour it so I have a different colour (probably blonde) in part of my fringe and stripes in one side of my hair so it looks like a raccoons tail. Ive looked everywhere but I cant find any photos online of hair like that to show my hairdresser. Can someone help me out?

okay so im only thirteen. but yesterday or two days ago..i dont remmeber...my boyfriend and i made out for the first time, and he really liked it and i did too i guess but he kept making out with me in public or like in front of his friends, and i dont know if hes because he really wants to make out with me, or he wants to show off to his friends. and i dont like to make out with him in front of people, because i dont really like having an "audience", but at the same time i dont mind because i love kissing him. how should i tell him that and how should i figure out if hes just trying to show off or not?

this is two questions in one..
i have a bad right knee, it hurts on the left side of my kneecap, like the inside of the knee. it hurts when i lock my knee out, and it hurts a lot more when i bend my knee.
first question:
WHAT KNEE BRACE SHOULD I TRY?
it started hurting about three weeks ago. i told my mom and dad that i needed to get it looked at, but they said that i'll be fine. you see, i'm in cheerleading, volleyball, softball, and track. it's not that i get hurt a lot, it's just that something differnt hurts at each practice. but this knee thing, it's been a constant pain, even when i'm not tumbling, running, jumping, ect. so when i'm just laying in bed, it hurts.

Hi, I'm looking to lose about 30 pounds. My mom wants to order me Nutrisystem, but is it really worth the money?
Couldn't I do the same thing with Lean Cuisine meals, or some other way cheaper diet brand? Or is Nutrisystem really helpful?
Also, how long would it take to lose around 30 pounds on Nutrisystem? Thank youuuu!

So basically, my hair is reallllly dry/damaged from me straightening it everyday.
Well sometimes, I don't wash my hair so it stays straight, and I skip a day or two. But it looks downright AWFUL if I don't straighten it.
So I was wondering if I could do anything to un-damage it??

On MTV, there's a new commercial for the season premiere of the Hills.
It basically explains the whole Heidi/Lauren broken friendship thing, haha. But there's a song in the background, and I really wanna know if anyone knows who sings it and what's the name of it. All I remember is that at one part, when there was actually no talk, it said "all good things..come to an end" or something.

ok so i went to a youth group thing on wednesday and there was this guy there.and whenever i think about him i get butterflies in my stomach and i dont even know why because i don't like him or anything. hes my age and hes not really cute but he is funny.we didnt really talk at all nothing but" who is that?" while we were playing a game kinda like man hunt in the dark.but this is what we did.

ok i love the new Samsung phone for Cingular.. sadly i have T-mobile. if i were to buy a phone off ebay would it be compatible with T-mobile? because i CANT switch companies. ive heard of unlocked phones but what are those? if i have to buy that kind how do i know if its unlocked?
