No it's impossible.Cingular is CDMA network. So after unlocking you can't able to use T-mobile network. You can easily unlock your Cingular locked samsung mobile using unlock code. It's the best and safe way to unlock your mobile. If you need unlocking service visit [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) Here you can get your unlock code with simple unlock instructions via e-mail.So you can easily unlock your mobile within a day.

You should try sim only deal. I got the same problem before but when I subscribed to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) all my problems had gone.

Go on google and type in 'unlocked phones'.
There are tons of websites you can buy them from.
They are phones, like said below, that work on any Network. All you have to do is switch the Sim Card. To know it's unlocked, it should just say in the description 'unlocked'.
They do work, too, because my friend's mom got one recently and she loves it =]

unlocked phones are phones that work with any network/company. you can ask the person selling it if tis unlocked, and if it isnt, buy it, and unlock it at a phone shop. it doesnt cost much, no more than $15 maybe?
