dying hair

I really want to permanently dye my hair! It's not a big difference. My hair right now is light brown/dark blonde and I want to dye it dark/medium brown. My mom let me dye it and it stayed in for 28 days. I REALLY LIKED IT!!! how can I get her to let me dye it permanently? any tips?

what are the laws of driving in connecticut? like what ages can i get my permit, dive by myself and then with friends? stuff like that? can someone tell me what the rules are exactly or where exactly yo find them, dmv is so confusing though!

I know this sounds totally stupid, and i feel like really dumb for saying this but whatever, okay so im like a 34a getting to a b-cup but i don't have clevege, how can i do this? people joke around with me sometimes, and then i see other girls who have it, how do they do it? and dont say like "you dont need to" or anything, is it a push-up bra or something? tape? or i have no idea. but help, because my friends need this to haha. Blue hair trouble

I dyed my hair blue and it fades everytime I wash it and is always still a little green for the times i dyed it because my hair was a platinum blonde and then 2 or 3 weeks later i dyed it again and it turned out exactly the way i wanted and then I washed my hair and it went back to fading green and grey. and I don't want to go bald but I don't think my hair is that damaged but i dyed it about 4 days ago so how long do I have to wait to dye it again? and I'm going brown this time.

fleas

I found a kitten the other day at work, I think it was dropped off there. It is infested with fleas they are all over him. I have given him the treatments that you squirt stuff behond there necks, I have given him a flea bath but they are still all over him. What else can I do to get rid of the fleas. I feel bad because I am leaving him in a rabbut cage thats pretty big in the garage, because I don't want to bring him in the house and get all my other animals infested, so what else can I do to eliminate all these little critters? Any help would be very appriciated! Fast Too!

bad hair bad

my hair is down almost to my butt and i mean like not even an inch to my butt and well i really dont have anything to do with it i always put it in a pony tale or in a bun the only time i like it is when i straitin it which takes me like 2 hours to do and it cant be heathy for my hair if i keep heating it and its not curly its kinda wavy but and ugly wavy is there any websites that can show me some hairstyles i can try that are cute but easy to do thax

Ok, I'm sorry, but this question may be a little disturbing to some of you. But I REALLY need some help here. I just gave my boyfriend a blow job, and I'm scarred to death whats going to happen as the results. I really don't want to get herpes. When I came home I brushed my teeth really good and washed my mouth out with water and soap. I know a little paranoid. But I know the symptoms, but are they REALLY visible? Also, how long will it take for me to notice if I by chance do get them? I think they are caused by if your partner has some sort of disease.. but he never told me he had any. If any one can answer this, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much! =)

DC Pixie Shoes

Ok, so there's these DC shoes that I am totally in love with, but I'm not sure which color to get them in. I like them all but I want ones that will match with mostly anything. I would much rather the black ones, dark brown and light blue, or black and pink but I just can't decide which ones! I know this isn't too important, but I need new shoes and I need your help! A few years ago, my grandmother passed away after a long illness. My family was devastated,especially my grandfather. Some time passed and he met "Teri". She is 30 years younger than him,in fact she's 3 years younger than his youngest daughter. Teri does various drugs and has been in jail for larceny. While out on probation this past Christmas, she stole my grandpa's car and his ATM card. The car was recovered Around New Years, she stole more money from him (he forgave her) and wound up in jail somehow. Now my grandpa is tens of thousands of dollars in debt as he pays her bills off (which includes lawyers to get her out of jail),as well as his own. He makes very little money as it is. hello everyone, i would like to ask, 'how can you tell a guy likes you?', i have this friend i like him a lot but i dont know if he likes me, i get the impression that he might, its just the way he looks at me, and how he doesn't talk when other friends are with us but when we are alone he talks, and we do get on but i dont know how i could tell if he likes me, any guys out there can you tell me how i can read a guys mind?

i keep accidently touchign it and then it stretches out then it hides all the minimized programs and it's so annoying! i remember i didn't used to have it on my old computer. it's so annoying & i dont even use it i don't know what the point of having it is.

ok well saturday night my mom was really really REALLY drunk coming home with her friend. i know this because my friend was watching the car pull in and noticed they were both drunk. they ended up leaving while drinking so i called my mom and told her to get her a** back! welll her and her friend went upstairs and were at it. they both were loud and um yeah so now i havn't talked to my mom since saturday night. what should i dooo?! it's so awkward !
