acne gone, red spots still.. please help!

ok, i have a question and it's kinda embarrassing to me atleast. i had acne, i went on accutane for 5 months, got off it a few weeks ago. it worked great! i have no acne at all! but however, i had the red spots from the acne :( i dont have any indentions on my face, thank God! i cant get any real surgery like laser treatments or microdermabrasions for 5 months, because accutane is such a serious medication. but is there anything that i can do to make the red spots (or scars whatever they are) fade away quickly?! and especially by summer time!!!!

Hurt my foot sledding.... PLEASE HELP SOON!

So I was sledding with my brother and we were going down this big hill... But we couldn't stop. I knew we were going to crash, so I stuck my foot out so the bottom of it came into direct collision with a tree. At first, I thought I sprained my ankle, but I could walk ok. I soon found out that I couldn't bend it forward or else it would hurt like hell (e.g. I can't make my foot go straight down, like, stand on my tippy toes. The more I do that, the more it hurts.) I'm afraid I may have torn a ligament. Someone please help?

I used a depilatory cream to remove hair from my bikini area. I've done this before with no irritation...but this time, I've gotten some unsightly red bumps. What's the quickest, most effective way to get rid of these? Thanks

losing weight

alright, so i want to lose weight. any inspirational/motivational advice with tips on how to make losing weight successful?
please include like what i can eat for breakfast (a quick "to-go" meal would be great), for lunch, and for dinner.
also what exercising methods can i do? i do have a treadmill, so how long a day should i use it?
and how much weight can i lose the healthy way if i stick to it?
i am overweight so it's not gonna be easy to just "get right on it" so really help me out, and anyone with experience to give me advice would be great.
and for the "bonus" any great weight-loss products to recommend? i already use slim-fast sha...

im very scard. i smokED, i recently stoped 2 weeks ago because of my shortness of breath. (weed and cigs) i noticed if i went up about 6 stairs, i was complety out of breath. i used to play soccer, but i cant anymore cause i cant breath. today i was skiing and i took 2 aleve in the morning, for my knees. at 4 i came in and they were killing me, so i took another aleve. now its 6:30 and its kind of hard for me to breath, and i have a killer head ach but i cant take anything for it. also im drinking cold water. but i saw a commerical on mtv, that was talking about lung cancer. im 14 and my parents DONT know i smokeD. i was wondering what are signs of lung cancer? im scard i might have it.

Alright so my friend mandy puts eyedrops in her water to like make her go poop? or something beause her mom wont by her have laxitves because shes trying to be a bluemic i guess she says she dosent take them all the time like once a month but can they really hurt her? or what is it doing to her body? and could it mess up her future like health problems? if so what. im pretty sure she only takes them once a month or so.

today i smoked my first joint. nothing happened except my pupils got REALLY big and i felt jittery. then about 20 minutes after, i jugged a freaking beer within a minute. now that i think back about it, i did it only to dispite my parents, and it was a real immature & dumb decision to make. my question is, is how can i control myself from not doing it again? now that ive tried it, i know im going to want to do it again because im not going to be scared next time it's around me.
also, i've noticed my attitude has changed once i got into highschool. last year i was a straight A student and was such a good, stable, smart kid. but now i feel like im throwing my life away... i drink when i can and could care less about school...

weird eyes

my left eye has pretty good vision. my right eye is wack. my left eye.. like sometimes when im reading, i find it better for me to just read through that eye, and then i keep the other shut. i guess its because its more focused? or idk but i like it better. and my right and left eye both see differently, like my left sees like a little darker than my right, which sees a little brighter. with my right i can see up close, otherwise its pretty blurry. except when i press my finger on that eye in a certain way, and then its like i have perfect vision, even better than my left. but thats only for a little bit then i see some little black dot in my eye and then it increases till i gotta shut my eye so i can see again. it doesnt affect my eye thou...

hey, well recently ive been experiencing blood in my underwear. this is about day 5 of it. no, its not my first period. that already happened for me. its not enough blood to be a regular monthly period, plus i already had that this month. i know that girls periods are irregular, but trust me, ive gotten my period two times in a month before and its nothing as little as this. im aware that you bleed from sex (im not sure how many days after it keeps bleeding), but im pretty sure that im a virgin unless i got raped in my sleep or something. the first day that this started i hadnt seen my boyfriend in about 4 days (i was in trouble). so im just wondering what are you advicenators imputs on this?

this is weird,this morning when i woke up i took my retainer out and rinsed my mouth out with water and there is a white line on my four front teeth like where my retainer ends on my teeth. so it does my normal color teeth then a white line on the other half does anyone know how to get rid of this ?

okay, i just started my period last month and i have already noticed that my boobs are a big bigger. Is this abnormal? or what does it mean? Does it mean that i will have a big front later? Or what will they look like by the summer?

I eat way too much sugar in my diet, and I want to start cutting back. I do pretty well, but then I get the worst cravings and I eat a bunch of sugary food. What is the best way to make these cravings back down, and how can I lower my sugar intake more easily?

im another girl with a small chest who wants to increase her breast size. all my girl cusins are bigger then me and there the same age [13] they're B's C's while i barely fit into a size A. I mean i have a boyfriend and everything and he doesn't care what size I am but I just feel I would have more self esteem with a bigger size. My boobs started to grow at age 10 and i got my period at age 11 so i thought i'd have boobs by now but thats not the case. Will they grow if i eat certain foods? or take birth control pills? [thats what i've been told] BTW dont tell me patience and to wait if you answer with that you have not helped at all k thnx
