chest?
im another girl with a small chest who wants to increase her breast size. all my girl cusins are bigger then me and there the same age [13] they're B's C's while i barely fit into a size A. I mean i have a boyfriend and everything and he doesn't care what size I am but I just feel I would have more self esteem with a bigger size. My boobs started to grow at age 10 and i got my period at age 11 so i thought i'd have boobs by now but thats not the case. Will they grow if i eat certain foods? or take birth control pills? [thats what i've been told] BTW dont tell me patience and to wait if you answer with that you have not helped at all k thnx

okay...you are thirteen...you are sill a little kid..jeje...umm...do NOT take birth control pills....and just wait to develop you will grow and so will your breast.and if you don't want to wait....i don't think food will help for breast are muscles so exercise could help too...not only breast but your behind jaja...so yeah you either wait or do exercise

Join the club. This is common.. a lot of girls and women are like this. I don't think eating any foods will increase your breast size. Gaining weight will, but that will increase your whole body size. xD Just get like padded bras or something; its a simple solution that doesn't require you to actually change your body. I personally think that you shouldn't do anything and just be proud at being smaller, it's nothing to be embarrassed about. =]

i dont really know much about the whole birth control thing, it hasnt worked for my friend even though she takes it. i know you dont want to hear it but you cant make your boobs grow. you can make them look bigger, thats what victorias secret it for. they have the most amazing bras and they can do wonders, trust me. even their bathing suites are padded and they dont look fake or anything. but there isnt any realy assured way to make your boobs grow except for surgery and that is definitly not an option. i would definitly try buying different bras. especially water bras and push ups. they really work, trust me.

my friend jennifer started taking birth control pills and her boobs went from an a to a b... but if you take birth control pills really early on, then later in your life your boobs will start to sag earlyer and stuff like that.... so you can have bigger boobs now, and really saggy boobs later, or you can just wait it out and have pirky boobs for a longer time
