caffeine

i'm trying to break my caffeine addiction, i've been drinking a cup of coffee every morning for 2 years now, and since caffeine exhausts you i'm trying to stop. (i also drink things like green tea throughout the day but i don't drink it past 1 pm)
But I don't know whether I should just cut back to 1 cup of tea (30-55 mg of caffeine) daily, or just get off of it completely?

so i'm 5'7
and a 15 year old female.
and I weight 123 pounds.
but I feel kinda chubby around my stomch/thighs.
am i under/over weight?
and if so, what is the normal range
for my height/age?

ok this might be sick but whenever I poop i can't get it all out and then it's just stuck in my butt and i fart a lot and no matter how hard i try i just cant get it all out.

I'm DESPERATELY needing to lose weight.
Ten pounds at the least.
I'm over weight, and I need it off.
I can do really well with healthy eating it's jsut soemtimes I CRAVE sweets, like I need them, so what can i do to either trick myself out of it, or what foods that are low fat and low calories are there that are sweet.

open heart surgery

im 17 years old and i have to have open heart surgery. i has ASD which is atrial septal deffect. in the top two atriums of my heart, i have no wall. the tissue is completely gone. they may have to take out my top two ribs, and break my chest bone. im really scared and the only person i have to tell is 5 hours away. my bf. oh yeah, not to mention. i'm pregnant. but my mom and doctors don't know that. how do i deal with all of this. im not supposed to be stressed out.

I have never been exposed to sexual fluids, and I have never been sexually active. I was wondering, could I have been born with an STD or AIDS?
I kind of want to get tested just in case. I don't want to have sex for the first time without knowing 100% that I am healthy.

Ok well my friends are gonna get drunk after our grad.
should i go or not?
it's no pressure, they really are my friends. they do drugs sometimes but i'm the baby of the group so thye don't force me or anything and they dont' do it when I'm around.
I never did drugs or drank before.
But i just want one night jsut to feel drunk, you know?
I don't know..it's 50-50 to me

Ok well I'm just so super senstive and will cry at anything whihc i hate because if i'm mad at someone i would cry with all that hicupping and stuff and I can't stop even if i calm down.
When people joke around and say liek you smell and stuff i get sad too
recently i've been really sad and would talk about my problem to my friends but thye won't do anything.
Like I can tell that they really feel bad and care about it but they're not good like cheering people up and stuff it's like 'ugh..what do i say to cheer her up..'
I don't know why i even typed this up any suggestions would do =(

okay well I've worn tampons before & could never feel them.
but today I put one in to go swimming & I feel it a little when I sit or move my legs certain ways.
it's not.. painful.. it's just a weird feeling.
I tried to push it in a little more with my fingers but it wouldn't go any more.
should I just ignore it?
or should I pull it out & try again? because again, it's not painful, & I'm afraid it would be painful if I pulled it out before it'd been in at least a few hours.

Are you supposed to wear a bra to sleep or not?
I don't think so because it's uncomfortable to sleep in them and I read somewhere that your boobs needs to be bra free for a sertain number of hours on the internet long time ago.
My friend said that though if you don't wear a bra your boobs will get saggy.

shaving down there...

this is kinda embassising, but here goes..
ok, so im on a swim team, and i shave down there like once a week or so. my suit would show some hair down there if i didnt.. I usually dont shave all of it, i just leave i little line in the center there, about 1/2 inch wide.. should i shave all of it? is there anyway to reduce the scratching/itching that goes on down there after i shave?? What razor should i use? im currently using shick intuition.. I know that there will be a stubble, but is there anyway to reduse that?
and i was wondering if anyone knew the age you have to get laser removal.. should i try it?? what about waxing down there?? i herd that it hurts really bad, and im very sensitive to pain.. especially do...
