I am 100% addicted to soda, my doctor has even confirmed my caffine addiction. However, I really need to stop drinking it for volleyball and just my own personal health. I'm in very great shape, but I feel the soda slows me down in conditioning. So, I would like to cut the drink out of my life.
I've tried so many methods, but I always give in and drink even more then I started with. I drink about three a day right now. Any ideas how to quit?

I was wondering if the weight loss pill hoodia gordonii really works and if it's really worth the money. I was also wondering if it's a safe pill and if it's safe for 15-16 year olds to take it.

I was suppost to get my period on like the 13th and it's the 19th and it still hasn't come. I've only had my period for a year so is this normal?
I'm scared to go anywhere like the beach or something because it might come then and I won't be able to do anything about it.
And I also want to start shaving "down there" but i'm scared my skin will get like irrated or i'll get like an infected hair when it grows back and I don't want to have to go to the doctor for that. Any tips?

Losing 5 Pounds

Hey, Im 15 year old girl and very athletic. This past year my metabolism has slowed and ive gained atleast 10 pounds. Im not fat or anything, but you can tell Ive gained weight, and Im very self-consious about that. Is there any regiment that I can follow to lose at least 5 pounds fast?

and you can die or whatever

stomache problem please help!

Well I dont' know why but when I feel incredibally scared my stomache hurts to death! And it onyl stops hurting until the thing im scared of is done.
We had grad rehersals and i kept having a stomache ache liek really bad that I can't move and feel like throwing up.
I held it in til i went home and wow, diareah!
If it's this bad..wait til the real grad!
And typing thsi is already making my stomahe hurt so after I finish typing i'll be goign on a trip to the bathroom!
I know you'll say be calm and relax but i cna't!
help! i feel liek im goign to be laughed at if i dont' come up with something!

heyy guyss im almost 16 and want to get my belly button pierced um does it hurt? does it get infected easily and does it look good right when you get it done? any other information i kno nothing about it really would be helpful thanks in advance!!

i am addcited to food...it is like drug problem bu with food...the second my family leaves the house i binge...i spend hours while they are around thinking of what i can get next...then i feel guilty... but i dont know how to stop my cravings

Like this is kinda gross but i want to know.
Okay on my outer lip (down there) and near my thigh, I have this like little bubble. Today it like popped, but is still there. The stuff that came out of it was blood and some like greenish white gooo-ie stuff.
Any ideas

This morning I haven't been very hungry. I could live without any food today due to it. I haven't thrown up yet. I normally am eating food like a wild person but I haven't. Yesteday, I was full from the hamburger I ate. I normally can eat a little snack after my meal (two hours later). However, I couldn.t I have a great metabolism so I tend to eat a lot of food and stil stay thin.
My question is, is there something wrong? I'm worried!

pimple, bug bite, annoying?

ugh. i have this thing on my forehead.
it started out like a pimple,
but now it's like a little dot that looks like a scab, but only the siez of . that
the area aroudn it it red and kinda raw.
it hurts and you can see my pores in it.
any one know what it is?
it's gross and I don't want to go to a dermotologist or anything <3

ok so, for the past few days ive been having these HORRIBLE cramps. like cramps you get when youre on your period but im not on mine....and i wont be any time soon. also you know that feeling you get when you have to pee? i've started having that feeling almost all the time even when i dont have to pee. so does anyone know what might be wronnnng? i really dont want to go to the doctor. please help

light headed

hi.. im 17, 5'9, 122lbs, and a female
i'm extreemly active/atletic
recently i have been getting lightheaded really easily.. like when i work out really hard or when i just get up too fast in the mornings.. i'm thinking its my blood sugar.. but i am not sure
if you have any ideas on maybe what it is or what i need to eat to make it better than fill me in... it is just weird becasue i always have a ton of energy i just have been getting light headed.
