sounds like a blood pressure problem. Talk to your doctor about it. Some people have issues with their blood pressure not evening out quickly enough when they move quickly, thus resulting in them having low blood pressure for a time causing the lightheadedness. ]
if your getting light headed working out, you dont have enough energy. drink a lot of gatorade before and during work outs. it helps a lot!
hope this helps!

The only way to know if it is your blood sugar, is to see your doctor.
If they think it is a sugar problem, they will have you take a glucose test. You will drink a sugary liquid at their office (generally on an empty stomach, but it just depends) and you will be asked to wait for 1 hour, consuming nothing but water, and when the time is up they will test your blood sugar.
So, sugar problems or not, you should see your doctor anyhow.
