my sister has strep and i made some popcorn in a bowl earlier & after i ate it, she said she threw up in the bowl i used the night before. my mom bleached it and cleaned it and everything, soooo should i be ok?

Werid pain

I have this really strange pain in my lower left abdomen. It feels almost like my bladder is full, but it's not. Sometimes i get a feeling sort of like this during my period but i don't have it and won't for a while. Sometimes when i walk its a sharp pain and i have to stop for a minute or so and then it goes away somewhat. I've had this feeling for about 2 or 3 days now and im a little worried...does anyone know what could be the matter? thanks in advance!

Facial Shine

My face, especially my nose and my forehead, is kinda shiny but I'm not sure why or how. Its not oily at all, its completely clean. My nose also has these really tiny dark dots all over it and I have no idea what they're from. Can somebody help me? How do I make my face less shiny and healthier looking?

alright so.
i've been trying to lose weight but lately i've just been bored so i haven't.
i do one thing and then i think this isn't working and i just stop after like 4 days [yeah i know horrible, huh? i know it takes a couple weeks to start working]
can anyone make me a workout plan that i could actually stick to?

extreme pain

i have this wierd pain right where my ribs met, kind of above my stomach. Im not sure what it is but it feels kind of bloated and it hurts to touch it. it also hurts to move and bend over. it feels like it could be gas but i think it might be soemthign more, it feels like i have a ball just sitting there
any ideas of what it could be?

Removing Acne

Anybody have any tips for removing acne and pimples really fast? I recently had a pretty big breakout and I can't seem to get rid of them. I've been using this Clean and Clear Continuous Cleanser for a few weeks now but it doesn't seem to be working. Any suggestions of products that really work, really well, and pretty fast? And also doesn't dry out your skin. Thanks!
btw, is it bad to remove pimples by popping them? and does it leave scars if you do?

Razor burns.

I just shaved "down there" and I'm wondering why I get red, itchy bumps. I used a new razor, and shaving cream.. Is it the direction I shaved in? Or is it the razor? And um, How do you get rid of the red, itchy bumpss.. called "razor burn"?

well i'm going to get my nose peirced soon, and i just needed some advice on what side to get peirced. sounds kind of stupid, i know, but i don't want to get a peircing and it mean something, you know? like how rumors went around that if a guy gets his certain ear peirced that means he's gay.
so, basically. what side should i get it peirced on? thank you. :]

Braces

I have to get braces in 7 days. I just got my spacers in today. How exactly are braces put on, what are the parts to braces, and what colors look good together. Which colors make your teeth seem whiter, I was thinking about getting dark pink and light blue or dark pink and light pink. Which would you choose?

my sister, brother, and mom have all gotten sick within the past month. my stepdad & i are the only onnes who havent gotten sick, and i would like to keep it that way! any tips on how to keep from getting this(strep and mono combined!). and foods that would help also!

my ear is killing me

ok well, i got kicked in the ear ( i was in the pool) and now it feels like it has a bucket full of water in it and it wont come out. it feels like its all swollen up and it hurts all the time. i mean like really bad. it's like a throbbing pain and if i touch it it just makes it ten times worse. it drains water sometimes. should i go to the doctor? what should i do. how long does it take to heal??

Any dietery options for getting rid of pimples? I HAVE HEAPS :( - if it helps in any way - im 13/m... uhmm i already have a cream - Clearasil.. its kinda helping in ways but... yeahh.. i know i should stay low on fatty foods but is there any other things i should do???

ok so when ever i eat something or drink something sugary like ice cream or coffee from starbucks i get like shaky. not like hyper or anything but my body literally has tremors. what is this? it would be nice if you had any medical information on what might happening to me. cause it sfreaking me out and i just stopped eating anything with sugar in it.

On the ProActiv package, I always see pictures of girls with horrible acne and groggy scars....and the picture of them AFTER using ProActiv shows them with totally perfect skin, no scars.
Does ProActiv help fade scars?

Stomach

1)My stomach has been in pain for a while now like 1 month and i know its not periods and im losing my apitite to eat now and when i walk for 5 minutes i get a stitch and it hurts anyone know why ?
2)I want my stomach to look flat,im not fat but i kinda have flabs a lil bit anyone know how to get a flat stomach ?

My butt is always hot or like heating and it's really disturbing liek if i'm in the classroom and I go out and someone else takes my seat..
And one time my relatives came to visit and there wasn't enough room in the car so some people had to sit on each other's lap. HUMILIATING!
Is there something I can do about it?

Ok well my race, Vietnamese (I don't know if any other Asian race does this) does this thing when we're sick and I'm not sure if it’s supposed to be safe or not.
When we're really sick, we lay on our back and get someone else to put like lotion or something on our back and get this special spoon (Asians use to drink soup with) and scratch our backs really hard and stop when it's so red with like dots that looks like it's going to bleed.
I frankly don't think it works nor is it safe. Wouldn't scratching your back mean damaging your skin? But we're potion lotion on it so...
But it's red as if it's going to bleed. Doesn't sound good to me.
And if Caucasians see it, they'd think our ...
