What does it mean when someone has coarse hair?

You know how a horse's tail is? Thick and straight. Well thats what coarse is. As for medium, its kinda thick, but also can be wavy, or curly. Good luck ;)

Coarse hair is pretty thick and straight.
Medium texture is most likely a mix between the two, not too thin but not too thick. :]

medium texture is just between, so not to textured but still is textured some. hope im not to confuseing
