Good thing your taking some initiative! First of all vitamin c is amazing it kills like any germs that may even think about making you sick. Also make sure to wash your hands A LOT(maybe keep some hand sanitizer with you)If you know that your mom or brother drank out of something DON'T DRINK FROM IT! Really commen sense can be your bff. Lots of food out there say that they help promote a healthy immune system eat some of those. If you fel like you don't want to be in the house take a walk excerise is ALWAYS good! Hope I helped. Okay drink a lot of orange juice, and eat a lot of soups.
Try not being too close to your family members that do have the sickness.
Don't drink after them.
Or use the same things they used.
When handling anything they used be sure to wear gloves, then wash your hands.
Take showers everyday.
Hope I helped.
