hey im m/13 and i only eat one massive meal in the evening. no breakfast. my meal is made of one large beef steak, one large baked potato, carrots and maybe peas. i was wondering if this is good for me and what else i can add to it to get higher testosterone. i usally do about hour and a half of physical activity in the heat outside.

whiteish pimple on upper lip help 2 days!

i have a white pimple on my upper lip. it's red, but white in the middle. i have very little facial hair on my upper lip. and when i apply a little pressure on it it hurts. yesturday night i used neutrogena acne scrub and it was like...a normal pimple yesturday. today it was a white pimple. what should i do to get rid of it? i cant go to the doctor...
how do i get rid of it in 2 days?

butt

im pretty skinny i guess, 109ish, 5'3. but im loosing weight. my waist is around 26-27 inches? which is great because my abs are flat and my top half is pretty thin. like, inbetween my boobs (though im flat) i have an indent at my bone because my ribs stick out its weird. but my legs and butt is bigger. i was doing a health calculator and it said that i had a big butt, (apple shaped body). i dont really need to loose anymore weight i just want thinner thys and butt. i run, bike ride, cheer, jump on the trampoline. i know theres not spot reduction. but should i keep loosing weight or is there spacific exercises i can do?

Palatal Expander

I had a palatal expander for about 3 and a half months and on Tuesday, I am getting it off and the braces on. I wanted to know if anyone ever had the palatal expander taken off. Did it hurt? How did they get the cement off?

Running and periods.

I am in cross country, so i run about 5 days a week. I don't have my period at all for months during the time I am running every day. But when I stop running for a couple weeks then I do have it. So I know that it isn't regular because of the running. My question is though, is it unhealthy to not get your period? Even if it is because of doing some thing actually healthy.

Hi i just turned 15 2 days ago!! I have little breast buds and have had pubic hair for over a year. I started to get under arm hair about 2 months ago and get white discharge in my undies. I am wondering when will i get my period and when will my boobs get bigger? My mum is a C cup and i was wondering if i will be her size? I feel so left out that i do not have my period and i am scared i wont get it!!
Am i just a late bloomer?? I would love for people to answer my question and to tell me if im okay or not.

skipping a period

In the middle of August I'm going to the beach, and I realized that during that week I'll be getting my period, lucky me. I'm on birth control pills that have three weeks of birth control and then one week of sugar pills. I heard that to skip your period for the month you can start taking the next pack of regular pills when you're supposed to start the sugar pills. Is this true, and does it really work?
If it is, I'll make an appointment with my doctor and everything, I just want to know if it can actually work. [And yeah I realize it might be unhealthy but I doubt one skipped period will kill me haha.] Well thank you for answering.

Rash

I have a rash on my stomach/chest. It is bright red with white spots & very itchy. I had sunburn a week or two ago, but the rash isn't in every spot I had sunburn, only a few. Does sunburn healing give you a rash? Or is it from something else? Nothing else really changed. Same soap & same clothes. Also, I feel dehydrated. There's a cream I can use, but I have to make sure it doesn't give me an allergic reaction. Is it possible to have rashes while your sunburn is healing? Thanks!!

ok i just got contacts about two weeks ago. they are the "trial" contacts... i have been trying everyday to put them in but i just cant get them in... i have VERY small eyes. and im not trying to be mean when i say this but they are about the size of chinese eyes. i need help. how am i suppost to wear them if i cant get them in and i dont want to go back to wearing glasses either. i have tried every possible way to put them in but they just wont go in. please help me!!!!!!!!

my ear hurts..

my right ear.
it really hurts.
i had a silver earring in it for like 1 month
i never took it out.
[idiot me]
so i finally took it out cause my ear was starting to hurt.
and it was really hard
both my ear and earring were extremely dirty.
so i figured great an infection
so i put some ear cream on and gold earring to not get infection
now like 10 days later my ear is killing me again
whats happening?

weird period

ive had my period for three years now, and still it doesnt go in an order. i start like every 4 month or three, and when it comes, it comes! it hurts so bad that it makes me throwup because im crying so hard, and my mom just tells me im being dramatic but im not! whats wrong and how come it wont come like normal?

ways to make period go faster?

I'm leaving for the beach Friday, and will arrive and the beach Saturday evening. I'm excited, but there's a downer- I just started my period. Normally they last about five days, so I'd only be on it until Sunday, which isn't too bad. (But I haven't ever used tampons.) Are there anything I can do to make my period end quicker, preferably before or on Saturday? I've tried Google, but nothing really helped.
