I am in cross country, so i run about 5 days a week. I don't have my period at all for months during the time I am running every day. But when I stop running for a couple weeks then I do have it. So I know that it isn't regular because of the running. My question is though, is it unhealthy to not get your period? Even if it is because of doing some thing actually healthy.

If you only started it afew months ago and after your first or second period you missed it for a few months then thats totally normal. It is common to miss a period, but i've never heard of running making you stop your period. Running usually helps with stomach cramps though. If you have had your period for a while like a year and this happens everytime you start running and everytime you stop then i suggest you see a doctor.
