ok hey, question for the girls. How would you feel if your boyfriend did something like this for you on Xmas. (by the way i am the male not the female lol) I get 2 roses, and put each in their own wrapped box. Ill say "when this rose dries up and dies, i will love you more," then give her the box and let her unwrap the first rose. then say "when this rose dries up and dies, you will love me more," then give her the box and let her open it. Then i will take a third box and say "when this rose dries up and dies, i will STOP loving you." and she will open the box, and it will be a glass rose. (for all the blondes out there, glass doesnt dry up and die ;-)) Ever. lol. what do ya think?

my boyfriend says everything to me that i am his everything to me and that he loves me and no body else and how much he cares hor me! and he is in love with me. But there his his ex.. his first love and he swears that he dont like her that way any more and he is not going to break up with me for her and he promises on our relationship! i dont know what to believe though i told him i believed him and then i told him that i dodnt believe and that i was confused and i didnt know how to react! but i mean he tells me everything they say to each other and when she calls!

i think you should trust him, unless you have a reason not too. too me your just being a little parannoyed I mean if he goes that far into proving to you that he is not doing anything with his ex then u should believe him. Because if there is no trust in a relationship it usually just ends up as a break up. ok good luck!

well on monday this guy told my friend that he liked me. i really really like him to. my face lights up and it just makes my day when he calls. sometimes i wait up all night for him to call, but when he does its totally worth it. anyways, tuesday after school i was talking to my friend paul. I told him that I like ryan. Its kind of a secret, but I think ryan already knows. So on the phone yesterday ryan really wanted to know what the secret was. I said to guess. He guessed that i liked him. Well that is the secret, but I was really stupid and said that it wasn't the secret. I really want to tell him because then mabye he will ask me out. random question, but if you marry your highschool sweetheart right after senior year and before college, is that a bad thing? like will that cause problems with being married and going to school at the same time?

and basically is it bad to just get married at that age in general? is it hard to handle money, buying homes, etc?

because I really want to ask my beautiful girlfriend that I've known my whole love to marry me, but I don't want it to cause problems.

You shouldn't ask her if she is planning to go to college because that would interfere with her school work and stuff. I would ask her to move in with you or do sumthing else that binds ya'll together so your love will not fade away. It would be hard to get married at that age because you have just gotten out of school you need to get a good job, get an apartment/doorme.

no it doesn't cost you anything at all unless you send it in a text message or sumthing. Its just like a game that comes with your phone, you dont have to pay for its just there.

yeah okay, so my friend is being so stupid right now. so i know i have been doing a lot more with another friend, but she's one of my best friends. they both are. i think she's jealous or something. me and the friend i've been hanging out with more were saying how she's really pissing us off and being stupid lately. but she didn't know that. so whatever. i know you shouldn't talk about your friends but still, you know most people have. so randomly, she hasn't talked to me in 2 days. she's giving me and my other friend really nasty looks. we say we don't care, but i do. i hate people being mad at me. also, i'm in a state of minor depression, so this helps me none. she keeps saying like through profile and away message that someone should be killed, some is such a such a fag, or my friends are such bitches. but the thing is, i don't recall EVER doing ANYTHING to her to make her do this. i'm really ticked off. i haven't said or done the things she has, nor anything to provoke this. NO WAY would my friend tell her i talked about her because a)so did she, b)the girl is mad at her too, and c) she continues saying things about her...i say some but i am NOT the only one. so i don't know what the hell is up with her...but yeah. any advice?
note: don't say to just confront her, because when i do she says "whatever" or walks away or ignores me. so ya.

Well im sorry to say this but you did talk behind her back and say mean stuff. I mean even if you dont think that your friend told her maybe one of your friends heard you talkin about it and told her. Also it sounds like she just feels left out like you have been ignoring her or sumthing while you've hung out with those other people. But she may be taking it a little over board. I know you told me to not say to confront her but thats the only thing you can do if you want your friend back. Just say that you have no idea why she is giving you nastly looks and stuff and that this just came out of the blew. If she walks off or says w/e just be like ok, if you just do that where never gonna solve this. If that doesn't work well maybe you should try and let the whole thing pass over.

i have no problem with working out, its just that i cant eat right, which trows everything out the door. during soccer i lost about 10 pounds just from running a lot and not changing my diet, but i didnt like to eat that much so i didnt. in my family i probably eat the most healthiest besides my dad. and diebetes(sp) runs in my family and i might get it... i just have problems with dedicatiing myself to eat healthy.

Well, at school I know how theres all this junk food like pizza, fries, tater tots, and all those other greasy foods. Since there probably is something healthy at your school like a salad, grapes, mashed potatoes, noodles. All that kind of stuff pick what healthy thing you like the most and start eating it regularly so you will get in the habit of choosing healthy things over junk food. Also if you want to look at how much calories your eating regularly and what you need to cut down on got to: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/ click on a food item and then put how much you usually have or sumthing then it will show you how many calories your eating.
If you look at that and cut down 500 calories a day then you will start losing pounds pretty quickly and since you told me that you exercise and stuff just exercise regularly and you will lose pounds faster. About 2 hours ago I asked if I was going blind and I talked about my eyes and stuff. Well, I said I got a headache after that and it became worse. I layed down and I just woke up and the headache is just as bad. I still feel dizzy, and I feel like I'm going to throw up. Is this what migraines do? I took an Advil and it didnt help at all. Ugh! I feel horrible!

On what side is it hurting because if it is hurting on one side kind of like on your eye or to the side of it. Yes it also makes you throw up, alot. You definitley have migraine. I know it sucks but if you can't get it to go away with advil then you should go to the doctor and ask about imitrex because it has helped my mom alot with her migraines. You could also buy these cold patches that stick on your face and gets really cold it feels really good and helps a whole bunch.

What are some ways I can keep my hair healthy (breakage, damaged hair .. etc) but still make it look great everydaY? I rate high! :)

Don't use too many chemicals and don't use the same shampoos everytime you take a shower its better for your hair to switch back and forth between them. Its probably best to not straighten your hair at all(if you do straighten your hair) but i know, its like, uhm...my hair looks like a mess if i dont so who cares? If you really have too then use a ceramic straightener because it doesn't do to much damage to your hair at all, and it works alot better then non-ceramic ones.

Ok there's this grl at skewl and i HATE her so0o0o much. Well our Principal called us both down to the office once to talk to us...he asked us if we had ever gotten along and she said "Well at one point we were good friends" I was like WTF!?!? Don't let her intimidate you! You won't get suspended just make sure you dont hit anyone, unless she hits you first then just say it was from self defense. If you stand up for yourself you will feel sooo much better believe me! If you don't this will keep going on, and do you really want it to? I wouldn't think so. Just tell her to get an effing life (ok you prob shouldn't say effing) if her and her friends bother you again just say "Wow you really need to get a life if all you do is this, thats just plain pothetic if you ask me...then walk away and they will be speechless.

Every year i have a friend party. This year i want to have something rly cool and i want to have like eveyone there. The only thing is i know a theme might b totally nerdy but i need some ideas for my party. Like games we can play and stuff we can do. I have a rly big backyard so i want to have it there. Any ideas??

First thing you should do is get a boom box, then kind of survey your friends on what there favorite band and fav song. Then you can get an idea of what kind of muzic to play at your party. If you have a cd burner or sumthing you can make a disk of all the songs that they like and you like and just keep it playing all night. Then ask them what kind of soda they most like then you can get that soda (in cans, becuz its annoying to have to pour it out of a bottle everytime a drink is wanted)and have it at your party in a cooler or sumthing. Have chips out and in a bowl and maybe sum dessert like brownies, cookies, and of course your cake. Now its time for decorations i think a really cool idea (not corny) would be a lu out. Get little drinks with those little umbrellas in it. But you don't have to do that its just a suggestion. What would be really cool would be party poppers, and those little poppers that you throw on the ground and it pops (not illegal). I know this may sound really dumb but you could have hula hoops out or sumthin or the limbo (also kinda dumb i knw) but its fun.

alright see me and my boyfriend broke up like Monday ..and this girl well it was his x girlfriend was talking to me and shit acting like she cared like aww i feel soo bad and then like 3 minutes later started goin out with him .. but see i tried to like.. be all calm about it and not get mad but when i read her profile or look at the away messages and just think how their together ..ahh i don't know i just like want to cry .. and i am usually the type that i wait like .. 2 days and then i want a new boyfriend but this time i think about liking other people and i just can't go out with anyone else because i want him .. and the fact that he says he's in love with her but he cheated on her with me last time they went out .. im a 7th grader at a private school in dallas, texas. i do a lot of extra curicular activities so that i can get into a good college and highschool but my grades are slipping because i dont have time to get all my work done. i mean i get it done im just tired in the morning because i stayed up so late the night before.
i dont know what to do!



Well, maybe you should try to cut down on the extra-curricular activites and wait for highschool, or the summer after 8th grade to do that because in my school the hours that you do for community service don't count till you in highschool. I think its great that your doing all this stuff and your really thinking about the future. Hell, I didn't think about it since just now at the end of 8th grade.

first of all, i apologize for the misspelling of 'skating', and the general idiotic appearance of the title. but it worked, didn't it? you came in here to correct me! :P

i am a 16 year-old rookie skater (female) who can't ollie yet.

i was at the skateboard-city.com forums, and this guy posts a rather mean post about how most of the girls that skate are posers, who skate to try to get with 'skater boys', or to get the whole 'skater punk rock' look.

whe someone calls you a poser, the first reaction is to deny it. so of course all of the female skaters on that site protested, but it made ME wonder...

am i a poser? i wish i could say no, but i honestly don't know. there are various reasons why i started to skate (about six mo. ago).

i can definitely say that i didn't start skateboarding because i thought the 'skater style' was hot or anything. i am a "girly-girl" however, i'm not so sure about the skater boy factor. what if i unconsciously DID start to skate because i wanted to meet skater boys? i know it's definitely true that i wanted to make some friends (regardless of gender) through skateboarding.

also the fact that skateboarding - just skateboarding around your town and on the streets itself looked "cool" was a part of the reason why i started. but is this necessarily bad? don't guys get inspired, after seeing a skating video, to do better because of how 'cool' it looks?

and, is it possible to start off as a poser (start skating to look cool or meet guys or whatever) but to change along the way?

I don't think that your a poser, for starting to skate. I have a skate board and I just do it because its really fun to ride on it and learn new tricks. Posers are people who are all like yeah I'm a really good skateboarder, but they really are just talking the talk not walking the walk. It sounds to me like you know how to skateboard, if your good at it and stuff then your not a poser. There would be nothing to pose about, because you can skateboard and thats all it is. Those guyz are just doing that stuff because they don't want girlz on there turf.

You can get one of those at like convienience stores I saw a bunch of them where the counter is at the 7-11 that I live near by so try going there.Or you can buy the over the internet but getting them at convienience stores would probably be a lot less expensive.

I dont really believe at love at first sight, because I mean if its a guy that is really HOTT and he has his shirt off and stuff, of course I would be like drooling everywhere. But if I talk to him and stuff and find out hes a real ass hole its not really love its just that the guy is really attractive. Doesn't mean that you've fallen in love with him in 2 seconds. I think love is where you have really gotten to know someone, someone who makes you laugh, someone who you really care about, and some one who cares about you,and someone that is really fun to be around.
