i need to loose weight. i am 5'4" and i weigh 138. i really want to loose 15 pounds by the summer. Yesterday i started a 900 calorie diet adn i have been doin 200 crunches. Is there anythign else you can think of? (link)

wow yoo must be really dedicated..gosh i wuld never be able to keep up wit tht lol but ya i think yoo shuld start going on some jogs or joinin somethin like 24 hour fitness so yoo can work wit their like workout machines or w.e their called lol ..i think yoor doing great but those wuld help yoo out some more! hope i helped and good luck!! :-)

june 2004 my cousin died from a mistake a police officer made. i cant seem to get over his death and i dont know who to talk to. i still cry all the time over him, and i htink about him a lot too. the rest of my family has moves on it seems, and they dont like to talk about him. if u have been in this situation... or one like it please shre advice. thanks (link)

well ive been in somewhat the same situation as yoo..i have a cousin tht i care abt so dearly and somethin similiar happened to him and i didnt kno how to deal wit it and it seemed to me like no one else was tht affected by it..juss like yoo feel ya kno but wht helped me out was to remember all the great things we usto do together and appreciate those things..i started to appreciate tht i got to spend time with him unlike some of my other cousins who barely knew him at all..i think it wuld also help in yoor situation to get over the whole police officer thing bcuz thinkin abt it would juss make yoo more sad and stuff and there is nothing yoo can do too change the past and im soo sorry this happened to yoo because i kno how painful it is! im sorry!! juss remember all the great times yoo usto have and appreciate the past so yoo can get on with the futuree...

hmm well i think tht since yoo like his bestfriend tht for now yoo shuld juss avoid gettin romantically involved because otherwise things could get very very very confusing lol. maybe over time yoo will stop liking his best friend and like him then yoo shuld def give him a chance because yoo never kno until yoo try rite? and i think tht when most ppl find out someone likes them they start to wonder..well do i like them? tht may just be a reason tht yoo lke him but thts somethin i dont kno lol because im not yoo but for now just wait

ok there is this guy name josh and we went out over the summer then broke up a day before school started. I still like him. we havent tlaked in a while but the other day we did a little bit. Last week my friend asked him would he ever go back out with me, and he just smiled. but he has a girlfriend. Also, alst week someone asked him would he ever go out wth this girl name brooke nad he said nnooo .. but he didnt say yes or no when someone asked about me. well i usto use a CHI but then i started using a revlon cause i thought it worked better for my hair..and the funny thing is tht with me the revlon worked faster..hmm lol

It feels like everything I do doesn't make a difference. I always feel like screaming and running away. everyone feels somewhat like tht at some point in their life and i think yoo shuld really either talk to someone tht yoo can trust or keep a journal to get yoor feelings out. the thing yoo shuld really stay away from doin it thinkin tht yoor along and bottling up yoor feelings. sometimes it also helps me to juss sit down and think abt things..juss rmr tht nothin is as bad as it seems and there are ppl tht care for yoo and love yoo

Well I straigten my hair everyday because otherwise my hair looks disgusting. My hair has a lot of static whenever I get done straitening it and I even put lotion in it sometimes since my sisters do it and they dont have any static. Ok i have been dating my boyfriend for about 2 months now and in the beginning of the realtionship my bestfriend thought we were perfect for eachother... well about 2 weeks ago he fractured his ankle and was really upset about becuz he couldn't play baseball and baseball is his life!! so he got really angry and took it all out on me! well now were both over it and we couldn't be any happier with each other... well the problem is i always told my bestfriend wat was happening and she kept telling me to break up with him and that she doesn't like him... how can i prove to her that my bf and i are perfect for each other and everybody has their fights!? i think yoo shuld tell her tht it was juss a fight and all couples go through it and everythings kool between yoo n him agen..i really dont think yoo need to "prove" it to her or nethin but if she keeps insisting tht yoo break up with him let her kno tht she doesnt run yoor relationship but she can think whatever it wants ..hope everything works out OK!

ahh this is a tough situation..im thinkin yoo shuld juss end it before yoo get like really into him because if yoor goin to different highschools then the whole parent thing doesnt even matter because yoo both will be in two different worlds pretty much haha and if his parents find out abt yoo and him dating then im guessing they wont let him date yoo nemore. i kno its hard to break up but i think its the best thing to do
