This is embarassing for me but.. im 13 years old(14 in like 3 months)and i weigh like around 160 pounds. I know im really over weight and i hate it. I play sports too so its not like i just sit around the house all day. I play softball almost all year round and i do cheerleading. All my friends are tiny. I guess you could say that im just built big because i got my period around 3 years ago and i wear a c cup right now. I dont want to be as little as them. My mom used to be big so i know i got it from her but she lost a lot of weight and she weighs like 130 right now. I just wanna have a flat tummy, a littler butt, and littler thighs. I want a fun way to do it though. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!!!

Well, you said you play sports and cheerleading. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so it's possible that you're just more muscular than all your friends. Some people aren't meant to be super tiny, and that's fine, but you can try to tone up and slim down if you really want to. Most nutritionists say that eating six small meals a day is better than three large ones. If you can't eat that many meals in a day, then three is fine, but try to eat healthy snacks in between and drink plenty of water.

Maybe your mutual friend is jealous of your relationship and just lied about your boyfriend wanting to break up. If your boyfriend really wanted to break up with you, he probably would have by now. If what your friend said is still bothering you, gently bring it up with your boyfriend, but don't be surprised if it creates tension between the three of you.

A female doesn't lose her virginity until a penis penetrates her vagina. You may have broken your hymen and may not bleed the first time you have sex, but plenty of girls don't for a variety of reasons.

It's pretty rare to get pregnant while you're ON your period, but think for a minute. When you're on your period, you're usually crampy and irritable, so why would you want to have sex? Also, there'll be blood everywhere. Gross. Even so, you should always use a condom whenever you have sex, because there is no such thing as a SAFE TIME.

I have ben hurt many times by guys. Too many times! I always seem to fall for the wrong type, and I really mean the WRONG type! They all seem great at first but then the truth comes out. My ex-boyfriends have either been phycos, nymphos, mythomaniacs, cheaters or just plain assholes!! I have lost count on how many night I have fallen asleep crying! I thought I had given up on boyfriends and then my present boyfriend came along and seems really nice and all. Girls are always attracted to the bad boy jerks. It's just in our DNA. This new guy seems great - except that he cheated on you in the BEGINNING of the relationship. my best friend has bein with her boyfriend for 5 months rite they have had sex about 17 times...

Wow. First of all, it really isn't smart to have sex under the legal age of consent, which is either 17 or 18 depending on the state in which you live. It's also very foolish to have sex without protection. I suggest your friend take a pregnancy test to know FOR SURE, and if she is, she must tell her mother, despite the consequences because it's imperative that she seek medical attention. If she isn't, then she got lucky once again and should have protected sex from now on.

Well from the last question about my hair I need a shampoo and conditioner that will throw away all the frizziness and dryness without it being expensive but all shampoos and conditioners work the same on my hair but they work different on other peoples hair. I need major help! Thanx

SunSilk just introduced a new line of shampoos that target each individual hair scare. Check your local drugstore and pick a bottle up. John Frieda products really work, but they tend to run on the expensive side. For something cheaper, Pantene products might help. Good luck!

Haha this is a very strange question but I tend to get hard nipples (when it's cold.. etc) and they show through my shirts. I have tried padded bras (they don't help much) and duct tape (doesn't work at all). It is also quite embarassing if I am wearing a swimsuit and they show through.
How can I stop them from showing.. I don't mind if it is uncomfortable but I do not like having to put on more shirts since it can usually even show through hoodies and what not.

Duct taping your nipples sounds pretty painful. If your breasts are particularly bigger in size, try wearing a minimizing bra. I would also suggest carrying an extra sweater around you if you're embarrassed being stuck in a cold environment. Hope this helps!
