Q: i saw you answer a question and you said something about a thai tea.
can you tell me some more about it, and like where i can get it.
like if i do what you did would i gain the weight back once i stop drinking it, i also have like thyroid issues and type1 diabetes, so idk if that would have an effect.

I dont think you could find the tea in a chain store, or anything like that. Your best bet would be to find it at a Thai Food store, which is where I found mine. I didn't gain the weight back after I stopped drinking it. I drank it every night for about 2 weeks, and lost a total of 12 lbs. I think what it does is clean out all the 'sludge', so to speak, in your digestive system.
If you've got thyroid issues and diabetes, you should really talk to a doctor, nurse, or dietician before starting any kind of weight-loss regimen. The tea is herbal, and does not add stimulants, laxatives, or any other kind of additive, but you should still talk to someone about using it, particularly if you are on medication. (sometimes there are natural chemicals in herbs and flowers that can have adverse reactions if you are on medications, so it's always best to check first).
I dont think the tea should be used long-term as a solution to overweight, just occasionally or for 1-3 weeks at a time as a sort of internal cleanser.

Q: so basically.. i was informed that i get "keyloids"
since i got my ears pierced for the second time a couple years ago, and scar tissue formed by them and it caused a bump. Which the doctor said was a keyloid?.. and he said the older you get the more prone you are to getting them or soemthing? I'm 16.
I'm wondering though, would that happen if I got it on mmy liip? does anyone know about keyloids or have them adn know stuff?

Every peircing I've ever had (ears 7 times, nose, bellybutton and nose again) has had a keyloid. They're annoying, but mine went away after about 2 months or so (except my ear cartilage, which was about 6 months until it went away). The key is keeping the area clean, so it doesnt get infected/red, which makes things a lot worse.

get him something he'll need. aftershave, swiss army knife, a cup with his favourite sports team on it. Or, a gift I've never seen anyone hate: One of those giant A&W mugs. They're only about 8-10 bucks, which leaves another 15 for something else, but I've given about 6 different people those mugs and they always go crazy (my fiance included). It's something theyd love and use, but never buy for themselves, which is the equation of a perfect gift.

I lost 10 lbs drinking this tea. It's called dancers dream, and i found it in a thai food store. Only drink 1 cup a day, and only a small cup. I lost 10 lbs in just over a week. (keep in mind, I was still eating healthily and keeping an active lifestyle while doing this. Those factors are key, the tea is just a catalyst)

If you're not dating exclusively, he can flirt with whomever he likes. If you don't want him to flirt with other girls, tell him you like him, want to date him exclusively, and that you don't like seeing him being cute with other women.
Also, just a small point: try not to refer to boys as "mine"... it comes off as a little possessive, which men tend to pick up on their radar. It makes them run. I know what you're trying to say, but different phrasing may work better.

Q: I have curly hair that is just at my shoulders when it's curly, and it is two inches past my shoulders when I straighten it.
I am really into big hair.I have very short layers in the back that i like to tease, but does anyone have any personal tips on how to make hair bigger at the top by teasing it?
Also, for when I wear my hair curly (i have loose wavy barrel curls), what are some ways to make it bigger, and more nice looking, not always messy.

Just so you know, teasing really damages hair and can result in breakage, split ends, and really bad knots.
With that in mind...
Mousse is really good for getting the "big hair" look. The best plan of action would be this: after you wash your hair, put in a small amount of volumizing cream and mousse (or a volumizing mousse), bend over and put your head down, and blow dry it like that (sort of upside-downy). When you're done getting the volume in the back, stand upright and do the front the way you normally would. Then, with a good comb, tease just the roots (maybe the first 2-3 inches of hair) with the comb.
Try not to tease the ends, as they're more fragile and prone to breakage, which results in a "fried" sort of look.
Finally, finish it off with a good finishing spray; something that adds a little bit of gloss just to complete the look.

it does hurt the first few times, that's normal. But if it's still hurting you, tell him to ease up a bit. Also, use a good water based lubrication (dont get one thats supposed to warm or tingle, just a normal one), and always always use protection.

First of all, if you just got it done 2 weeks ago, please don't touch it. Peircings take about 2 months to calm down, and trying to take it out and put in another one now will result in pain, and possibly an infection. Wait at least a couple months before you put a new ring in.
Secondly, if it's a cartilage peircing, and you're trying to change the gauge yourself with a ring 2 weeks after getting it done, it's going to hurt A LOT. Cartilage is like bone, and the best way you can increase your gauge is by having it done by a professional. It will hurt like the dickens if you try to do it yourself. (I think professionals use hollowed-out or at least larger needles... i dont know because I didn't look when I was having mine done).

Chill out and play it cool. If he doesnt want to show you pictures of himself, its his right not to. Dont pressure the poor guy! Tell him youre sorry, and work on being pals again. Again, don't get worked up about it. first of all, you have to decide what kind of friend hes going to be. Are you two going to be best buds? Hang out every month or so? Once youve decided what YOU want, then you can find out what HE wants. Talk to him about stuff that you know both of you are interested in. If its hockey, then talk about the latest game, if its cooking, tell him about a cool recipe you saw. Just let it come naturally, and dont force conversation. Q: I have a question about my car. It's a 1997 Toyota Tercel. It's in great shape, I've never had any problems with it. The last time it was serviced was in the summer when I got new tires.
Well the car is at about 92 000 km. I was told when my car had a major service at 50 000 km that the next major one would be at 100 000,

The major things that should be checked are the brake lines, pads, tires, allignment, other fluid lines, transmission, as well as a possible e test. Prices vary from company to company, so try calling around to a few places locally. Tell them that your car is nearing 100k, and what their standard procedure is and how much that costs.
This is going to sound terrible, but if you're a girl, get a man to call. Garages treat women like children and assume you know nothing about cars; theyre also more likely to overcharge a woman. If you're a guy, then you shouldnt have a problem.

You're 14, and there will be plenty of time for love. What you should be looking for is just someone to hang out with, have fun with, and learn about yourself and the dating world. Things you can do to make yourself more attractive are:
-Be confident
-Be approachable (dont look miserable or haughty)
-Make yourself available (a guy isnt going to ask you out if youre hanging around a group of 5 other girls...)
-Try being uber cool and asking a guy our yourself! You dont have to be in love right away, or be boyfriend/girlfriend. Just go out to a movie or something. Take charge!
Finally, you're on the right track. Dont sacrifice your morals, integrity, or personality for a boy. it just isnt worth it.

Q: sorry if this is kinda gross, but were all ladies here... OKay well I ended my period a few days ago. Today i had a lot of pain throughout my vagina. I went to bathroom at school and it really bothered me. I had a Urinary Track Infection awhile ago and took medicine so It was okay, but i think that was because i was fingered & something went wrong i was never really sure. But I havent done anything sexually with a guy for about 2.5 months. But i do masturbate. When i got home i tried going again and i could only go a little bit and when i wiped there was tiny specks of blood and it was different from period blood. I was thinking because this was the first time i was on my period that i used tampons maybe it was because my cherry popped but I would think thered be a lot more blood. What do you think it is and have you had this happen before? First off, relax. Worrying will only make things worse. If the blood just shows up from time to time, it might just be that you nicked some tissue with the tampon. Also, specks of blood can show up between periods. Now if the specks of blood show up after urination, thats not a good thing. You should see a doctor regardless, as unexplained bleeding is NEVER a good thing.

Q: This might be long, but...
I'm friends with this person whom, for the purpose of this question, I'll call Charlene. As a frequent user of IRC chatrooms, I met her in one. It is a site where everyone pretty much knows each other and goes to often, most people also often talk on the phone and set up meetings in real life. But back to the story. I have a really hard time trusting people for the most part, but she is the closest I've ever come to fully trusting someone. I always start of hating people when I meet them. Sometimes I later become friends with a few of these people, but for the most part, I don't. With Charlene it was different. The night I met we instantly became friends, and our friendship only became closer over time. We are very like minded. Starting sometime in mid-July, she began to change. She became more distant and less...herself. We used to talk for hours everyday, about anything and everything. Now we don't talk nearly as often and when we do, it isn't the same. Usually when I lose a friend, it doesn't bother me at all and I move on with my life, pretty much unaffected. But this time it is different. I've tried talking to her about it, but it seems like she doesn't care all that much. And I tried telling her so many times, I just can't again. I'm usually not the type of person to care this much and...yeah. I know most of you probably think that this is online bullshit and I should make friends in the real world. Well, I do have friends in the real world. I never even for once felt as close to them as I did with Charlene. And to me, this isn't bullshit. At all. Whatsoever.
Does anyone have any advice?

Well, youve already tried talking to her about it, and it seems shes just not interested in keeping the friendship that you two have. Maybe things have gotten busier for her. Maybe shes just sick of you. My reccomendation would be to try talk to her again a couple times, just to see why she doesnt talk to you as much. Tell her you feel like your friendship is crumbling, and youd like to at least know why. If shes still uninterested then the only thing you can really do is move on. Rely on the friends you have with you for support, and make new friends in the process.

Europe is a continent, Canada is a country. The population of europe is much larger. Now ive never been sure whether russia was a part of europe or asia... if its europe then europe is bigger, as russia itself is larger than canada. if russia is a part of asia, then I'd say canada is the larger than europe by way of landmass.
What I would reccomend would be to get the specs of landmass from both canada and europe, any good encyclopedia (online ones even) should have them.

Q: Sheesh...It's just been a romantic emotional roller coster for me! A guy I am completely smitten with unintentionally broke my heart by going after another girl...it didn't work out so well. It's been about 3 or 4 weeks since then. I think *Maybe* he likes me now? I dunno...Maybe he just see's me as a good friend...he is allways near me the most at get togethers, or in class, he allways sits next to me. I dunno. If he IS interested in me now for some reason, I'm afraid he may be confused or just not thinking straight because of his recent failed attempt at a relationship...Well, I should tell any readers now that I am going to make damn sure that if he asks me out, that he's really ready for it, and I'm going to make sure he isn't just trying to make this other girl jealous...(BTW, this girl he liked wasn't there with us when we went to the movies...)

My suggestion would be to be proactive and ask him yourself. Dont read too far into his actions, but dont blow them off as insignificant either. If you just sit around waiting for him to ask you out, it may not happen. Be confident, get out there, and do your thing!
