Your best bet would be to find it at a Thai Food store, which is where I found mine. I didn't gain the weight back after I stopped drinking it. I drank it every night for about 2 weeks, and lost a total of 12 lbs. I think what it does is clean out all the 'sludge', so to speak, in your digestive system.
If you've got thyroid issues and diabetes, you should really talk to a doctor, nurse, or dietician before starting any kind of weight-loss regimen. The tea is herbal, and does not add stimulants, laxatives, or any other kind of additive, but you should still talk to someone about using it, particularly if you are on medication. (sometimes there are natural chemicals in herbs and flowers that can have adverse reactions if you are on medications, so it's always best to check first).
I dont think the tea should be used long-term as a solution to overweight, just occasionally or for 1-3 weeks at a time as a sort of internal cleanser.
