Don't worry about it for now. For the first few years of your period, they sometimes aren't regular anyway.
They can come early, late and some people can skip them altogether.
There may be a reason why you skipped yours, the most common being through stress/worry/a change in your diet. There are other reasons, too, such as excessive exercise, medications you may be taking etc.
If you get any more symptoms, or you keep skipping them, I suggest you see a doc. but for now, don't let it worry you because it's fairly common.

I just wanted to add to YoungGrandma's great answer: I don't know your age or when you got your period, but the first couple of years after you start menstruating its pretty normal to skip a period. And again, stress, change in diet, change in weight, and medication can make your period weird.

Nothing to worry about unless it just
doesn't come back. Its normal.

Stress, playing sports or running, and
just changes your body is going through
can cause you to skip a period. So don't
worry about it. :)
