a couple of people in my family have died in the last 2 years, and some people in my family smoke "a pack a day". i'm really worried that they will get really sick and i won't get to see them again, but i don't know how to express my concern to anyone (link)

Hello!
I am a British nanny. I've always wanted to go to America, but I can't afford it. However, I have just thought - how about I worked over there as a nanny?! (I would live-in)
It may sound crazy, but I am looking for a bit of help now. Does anyone know of any kind of nanny or job agencies that would make it safe and reassure both me and the parents that both parties are reliable?
If you are American (and had (a) child/ren), would you hire a British nanny? (Assuming, of course, you were assured of her reliability et cetera)
Also, I would have no clue where to go in America. I want somewhere alive, but not excessively BUSY - not like New York! I live in the middle of three fields of sheep, I don't want too much of a culture shock :P So can anyone recommend a quieter city? Or if not, at least a nice area where I'm not likely to get shot for stepping up the wrong street? Oh, and sorry to sound greedy, but a richer area where I'd be more likely to get a better salary? My pay at the moment is awful and I am trying to save up for a house, laptop and all sorts! :)

I had a thing happen to me just like this. I know this potageese nanny named memai that wanted a nanny job. I told her ot come to Las Vegas and live by me since you could get jobs easier. It is quieter the farther you get away from the main strip. I hope this helps.

i like this guy, hes 17, and he has a gf. i was hanging out with my friends yesterday and he was there, i new him from lik 3 years a go because i tired to get the hook up with him, but he ended up going out with my best friend, and that was totally kool wit me. and now 3 years lata i see him. and i didnt reconize him. but then i relized it was him and me and him were ahngin out. well him and his 2 friends had to leave, and he asked if i woudl walk him out to his car so i was lik yea. i did and we walked up the street a lil, and he asked for my number i gave it too him and he said that him and his friends made a bet that he couldnt kiss a girl tonight, so he asked for a kiss and i gave him a kiss, and we made out a lil, not people are saying im a slut because i made out with a guy that i liked but i wasnt goin out with him, and they said it was stupid of me because i new it was a bet, well i new it was a bet and i dont really mind bcuz it was a win win situation, i got a kiss and he won the bet i dont understand the big deal is. y would ppl call me a slut ad stuff just because i kissed him? wats the big deal? People used to tell me somehting like this awhile back. I got the people that called me a slut, and sat them down and drank budlights and talked it over. It turned out fo rthe better and stopped arguments we had about that.

a few months ago i painted my bedroom this elaborate pinkish orange color and its beautiful but its sooo vibrant. not to sound gothic, but im not a VIBRANT kinda girl. i love the color but.. i need to off-set it a little with a darker color bedding or curtains.. any suggestions? (link)

I just got my work schedule for a new job. The store is having it's grand opening on Thursday. I have my first shift from 5-10. I'm sure the store will be jammed pack. I'm working in the clothing department of the superstore.
Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with the customers? I've never worked in retail before. I know the obvious, like be friendly and work hard, but what can I do to really impress my supervisor and make me relax a little? (link)

It's pretty easy to deal with customers, When i got my first retail job i just let my coworkers do most of my work for me. then afterwork i'd go to the bar with my friend roy and drink a budlight. It messed me way up. Dont do what i did. I reccomend facing the crowd and going for it.

every time i go walking or sometihng i ALWAYS get sweaty, and my shirt under my arms gets wet. does any one know how to prevent that from happening... thanks i rate 5's (link)

I would reccomend bringing water and wearing loose fit clothes to let air flow.

I love Seth Green and his acting, and just about every movie I saw with him in it I liked (such as Without a Paddle, Rat Race, all the Austin Powers movies, etc.), so I was wondering if anyone saw the movie "Can't Hardly Wait". I want to see it, and I'm wondering what all your opinions are about it. I also want to know if it's an appropiate movie, like does it show "anything"? I know it's rated PG-13, but I'm just wondering if it has anything really bad in it, and I dont want to waste my money on a stupid movie.

I have a sore on my labia. My mom just asked me if I was sexually active, I said no. This is a lie, although I have never had sex, I have had oral sex and been fingered.. I'm so scared I might have an std. My mom is making me an appointment with the gyno. I'm scared to admit what I have done, they probably wouldn't let me see my boyfriend and I would be in so much trouble.

i dont know what to say or how to explain it really. im just simply, unhappy. i used to be happy, i dont know what happened. everything just feels so useless and people just suck. no one cares about anyone but themselves and i feel like im at a loss and i always find me second guessing myself. whats wrong with me? how can i be happy again? Well i got my ipod black nano in sept. for my birthday and now it has all these sraches all over it everywhere back and front. does anybody have any helpful advice to fix this asap. it would be best if if was a pretty cheap soloution but any ideas that are actual help get 5's. ThankS! (link)

they have this scratch away stuff i baught off of a tv commercial that works real good. it got the scratches off my ipod in seconds (literally). you just spray and whipe

I think its called bleaching, or thats what they called it when i colored my tips.
