Hey,
I have never used that anti virus programme BUT I have just downloaded Avast! anti virus from their website. It is completely free and works REALLY well, it's fairly easy to use and works ten times better than Norton Anti Virus (this Avast picked up six viruses in 10 mins that a fully updated version of Norton didn't pick up in three years!). I would highly recommend trying it. It is free always, too, not just for the 12 months.

I dont know if that works, but there are forever-free programs that really work. I have two and I scanned them for the first time when I had 3,000+ viruses, and my computer was about to shut down completly. When the scan finished everything worked. I seriously wanted to cry. Haha.

Go to www.download.com
Search "Spyware doctor"
The other one is "ad-aware SE personal"
Ones that cost $$ anyway usually dont work as good.
