I weigh 130 pounds and im 5"4...im looking to loose 7-10 pounds in the next 2 weeks (if its possible) HEALTHILY. Any tips? Also do you know of any yummy quick and easy snacks I can make and keep in the fridge to heat up or something? Help is appreciated =) (link)

Yogurt is full of nutrients and also really light. If you don't like it you can layer it with fruit and granola to make a parfait-like thing or you can buy the type with m&ms or something to sprinkle on top. I suggest you make smoothies and eat something like pretzels for other snacks. Whatever you do, just stay away from junk. Also, start doing some sort of excersize. Not only will you lose weight, but you'll get a more-toned body.

I would by some frizz-control to use. Also, make sure to condition. At any salon, or even wal*mart there are various frizz contorl products. Some are even for while you straighten your hair. Look for on that best suites your hair type.

I think its great that you are capable of being open about oyur problems and feelings, thats where i lack skill. I tend to hide things, but this isnt about me, its about you! myself and my 2 cousins(i'm 25) had charges put on a man for sexual assult it happened to me when i was 13 and happened to the other girls 5 years ago the other girls still want to go though with it, but i want to drop my charges as i have 3 children to look after and dont want to turn there lives upside down.he has been arrested and relised on bail now we have a carmital hearing coming up in 4 weeks! can i legal get my charges dropped! i know your children are a huge responsibility but think of it this way: if this happened to one of your 3 children, wouldnt you want them to fight to get this creep that SEXUALLY ASSULTED them (well...you...but we are looking at in a differnt view)! in jail! i would! I would find a way to keep your kids lives as normal as possible...an after school day-care, or a baby sitter, or going home after school with a friend when yuo have to be gone for the whole day. Honestly, you should have pressed charges earlier, but better now then never!! if you mean crazy things like flipping out and abuse...dump him and tell an adult. maybe even the police. try and stay away from him (if its abuse...hitting, calling you names, sqeezing your arm too tight, etc). It also seems liek he's using you. Just getting what you'll give him then leaving you. totally not cool. This guy doesnt seem worth your time...no matter if i'm seeing it the right way or not. The situation also seems like hes a "player" the pimp image has become really popular lately. my hair is thin and sort of dirty blonde. light brown. the latest thing i did with it was a cut a little bit past my shoulders ( i cant talk myself into cutting ym hair short) or too my shoudlers when i got it cut... and bangs. Dont make your bnags too short, but not too long. You can actually do a lot with your bangs, oush them to the side for that stylish,classy movie star look. or let the sit mornally across. There so much to do! I had never had bangs before though...so yea. hope i helped

Well, I am not a big believer in girls asking guys out. Thats the guys job. By the way, do you mean a lil bit older than you, when you said hes a lil boi tolder then me. It okay if someone is older or younger. Or, at least, thats what i think. What would his dad say? Maybe his dad would give you a raise (not that you should use the guy, you should only go out with him if you like him) I would get on his dads good side, and be flirty. I think maybe she feels it would start a conflict if they didnt like eachother. You usually hear problems about people whose friends DONT like eachother. Just think of it this way, your friends like eachother, they arent going to try to tear you apart. I would try and look on the brigthside, and if that doesnt help the least bit, talk to your friend about. Maybe she'll understand. Just dont yell at her, then she'll think your being too possesive. Which your not.

Sorry it took me so long to answer...when i first saw it i thought it was a duplicate of your original one. I dont think she is flirting with you...and if she is it may just come natural. Maybe she thinks of you as a really great friend. Telling you to wear pink also doesnt mean she likes you. I think she thinks of you as a really good friend, and that she can be silly around you. But..being an advice columnist i must tell you to be open to all possibilities. If she is the type of person that would really REALLY like someoen else while going out with another and then flirting...i dont think she's the type of girl you want. Okay, obviously they like eachother. And...i mean...when people our age say they "love" eachother...usually it doesnt mean its forever. Honestly, even though i've said it...I think its wayy overused. I'm not saying that your friend isnt a good friend if they go out with someone you like. thats totally untrue...i mean...if you like someone. your gonna want to go out w/ them. So...be patient. This may just be a crush...and if you feel its REALLY needed..tell your friend (the one thats going out w/ the girl) how you feel. But remember, thats risky. Just, NEVER ask a girl out while she is "going with" someone else. Youve probably heard this from a lot of adults...but its true: patience is a vurtue and a vurtue is a grace. Be patient, and eventually everything will work out.

I have this friend who is incredibly paranoid, particularly about me likeing his girlfriend or his girlfriend liking me. I;ve assured him this is not the case, and so has his girlfriend, and it causes him deep psychological trauma to see us in the same room even talking now. And I was talking to his girlfriend, and he walks into the room, and I make a joke about only wanting a pen, and he takes it as an insult, and now won't talk to me. He refuses to be my friend anymore, and threatened my teeth!...I have no idea what to do....please help me!!

well, i dont know, but...it seems like your friend isnt being a true one. Maybe he's just a little over protective...some people get that way. I suggest you have a "buddy-to-buddy" talk with him and tell him, you dont like his girlfriend, your just friends, and you want to be a good friend. I mean, shes your friends gf!! you should be able to talk to her...plus, you dont want your friend to think you hate her. Maybe, if you actually talk to your friend it will make things better. If it doesnt, I wouldnt worry...you can find better freinds. friends that TRUST.

sounds like your not ready. But, idk. All i know is if you realize your not ready, tell him. Dont do anything for a friend or bf/gf. You need to do whats right for YOU not for anyone else. You dont wanna be his puppet. But if your ready...umm depending on how close you are him yer nervous or something...or just see what happens. hehe. ask them simple stuff they would be able to answer, but with a creative touch. Dont embarass them, and dont put them under pressure. Ask things such as fav. color, fav. food, fav. band, fav. song, etc. first kiss? depending on age...like i said you dont wanna embarass them.how about what their favorite grade was? what they want to be? hobbies...ask about what you know, but want to know more of. the basic questions with a creative twist. Who do you actually have feelings for? Do you have feelings for any of them? If you dont, then dont go out with any of them. Only go out w/ someone if you like them...otherwise you'll be miserable. Is Emily new? That may be the reason. IF your friends forget about you, or dont hang out with you, its their loss. And if they cant see what a great friend you are, they arent a true friend. Try making friends with Emily too. Put your opinion in and DONT BE SHY! If your too shy to say something, then no one will be able to say something back to you.

So, your friend never knew you liked her. uh oh. he may not know he's bothering you. I personally, would tell him that you like her and have since last year. (dont leave that last year part out, if you leave it out theres a higher chance he might get , if i were your friend, i would prolly want to know. If your friends a true friend, he'll understand, whether he'll break up with her or not does not prove if he's a good friend. he might feel the smae way as you about her, and you wouldnt want to give her up, would you? Also, if she said no, she isnt interesting. Or maybe she's shy, or has confused feelings. Idk, be her friend, but never be overwhelming or anything, it annoys us. (sorry!) They only thing you can do is, as yor love is still there (and i doubt it will be there forever) be persistent, but not overwhelming, and hope everything works out. Dont put her on a guilt trip (even though she might fall for it, thats low) or ask her everyday (thats over doing it a bit, dont you think?)
