Ok I am a 17 year old female from nova scotia, and there is this guy i work with and i kinda like but hes new to the business but hes really nice to me and we friendly flirt. Everythings great, but the problem is i think he may be 2 years younger then me (not 100% sure) haven't asked him lol, but is it weird that i like a younger guy? of course its okay. my best friend is in the same situation, so i will tell you some of the stuff i told her.....i think its awesome that you like a guy for reasons other than his looks, cuz your going deeper, and thats awesome. its not bad that you dont know why. if you like him, you like him, and theres really nothing that you can do about it. trust me, its completely normal. :)

there's this guy. my parents know his parents through baseball and our brothers are friends through baseball too. weve never really talked to each other i guess becuase weve never seen each other in school and were in two different groups of people. i mean i think we're both on the same popularity level, but dont have the same friends. so hes in my english class this year and i try not to...but i cant help but stare at him the whole period. hes kinda shy around people he doesnt know but he seems sweet. how do i get to know him better without making it all awkward? just walk up to him and introduce yourself. ask him what hes into and all that. try to think of topics that would get him interested, or clued in that you like him. try other things like commenting on his shirt, or asking his opinion, or help in english, if he understands what you are going over. also try to see like what bands he likes, or ask him if he heard the latest nickelback song or something.

try createblog.com thats where i got mine. all you have to do is go to the uppper right hand corner under the title and click register. then you copy and paste the link into your about me. they have awesome backgrounds, no matter if you are a girl/boy. ;)

me and my bfs one year anniversary is coming up really soon and here are some ideas i had for it..
- i ordered on line this personalized puzzle that says you complete me love always, sam
- im going to cut out big red heart and put all pictures of us on it and love quotes and such
- starting at 12 days before the day of our anniversary (to represent 12 months) i am going to put how many days there are left hershey kisses in his locker and a little note

im sotra in the same situation. my friends told my cruch i liked him too, and since then weve become closer. since you have his sn, see if your best friend, or a close friend even, would consider talking to him online for ya. it worked for me! but make sure you go into the situation with an open mind, okay with anything he has to say. hope i helped!

food, anything you like. id say something easy like pizza, cuz everyone likes it. (well....almost) otherwise, just watch a movie, or just let everyhting fall into place, and maybe some ppl will make new friends or something.

I tried out for a solo in chorus but I didnt get it. And now Im really mad because I ALWAYS win at singing and get solo's. Im not used to this. Plus, a girl I HATE got it. And she always says shes better than me.. And this just PROVES it. What do i do?..

ya...i know how that goes. ive been in the same situations many times. i saw it as that even though i consider myself a very talented singer, and the teacher may too (esp. if youve had solos b4) the teacher has to make it fair to everyone. i wouldnt be pissed, id just remember that you cant have everything you want all the time and be positive

What is fasting all about, and how's it done?
I know loads of girls at school that are talking about fasts all the time (not that I'm thinking of starving myself or anything for the sake of being thin, I'm just curious)
I heard my friend tell her cousin she was gonna do a 5 day fast and her cousin asked her how she lasted so long on a fast so I'm guessing it's got to do with not eating.

fasting usually refers to a religious starvation type of thing where instead of eating you pray. haha i just read your additional info...nvm that then. lol ummm...heres what dictionary.com had to say...

i use acnefree and when i put on the toner, i use a cotton ball and the toner goes right through the cotton ball so when i try to put it on my face it basically dried out ..if you know what i mean.. what can i do to prevent this? is it the type of cotton balls im useing because i used to try proactiv and it worked just fine for me? maybe its the product then. i use proactiv sometimes too and i agree it doesnt do that. i think that maybe acnefree is just a cheap version of proactiv? i dont know. hope i helped

My friend is turning 16 next week and she just found out that shes pregnant.. her boy friend isnt tlaking to her right now and she thinks hes an asshole now. try not to even bring up the fact and try to have fun. i know thats probly gonna be hard....but comfort her and tell her its gonna be alright. i know that sounds lame, but it could work. dont come down hard on her tho...like saying "why didnt you use protection??" or something. just be there for her

In elementary school I was a straight-A student. Suddenly in the 7th grade, everything's different. I am soooooooo disorganized! I always get the format for the HW wrong or don't understand the assignment.
I just got a progress report:
English A-
Science B
Math F
History N/A
Spanish C
This is sooooo embarassing! An F! Isn't it awful? I failed a quiz, got a B+ on my exam, and failed all of my homework, usually because it isn't in the correct format (the progress report came out before I got my exam back). I feel so terrible---I go to a private school and everyone gets A's! Am I stupid or something because I'm so disorganized? How can I be more organized? About how much more of the 1st quarter do 7th graders have? 7th graders, could you give me an idea of when it ends???

middle school is so much harder, the same thing happened to me. the teachers get tougher and expect more out of you. i really dont think your stupid, and maybe you are a lil disorganized, but your still doing well. okay? just try your hardest, study and dont let all the other kids grades get you down. just do the best that you can, and be proud of it.

Ok so there is this girl on my bus named jessica. And were arent friends or anything. And she told the kid across from me that her stepfather beats her. So me and the other kid decided that we would tell the guideance counseler about it. Well the other kid goes to Vo-tech during the day so he wanted me to tell the office. So I did. Well somehow Jessica found out that I was the one who told and now shes mad at me. She is being really nasty to me what should i do? I mean I was only trying to help (link)

Lastnight ... when i was just walking in my house ... my knee buckled, popped(i heard it) and i just fell to the ground. For the first 10 minutes it burned, and i coodnt get off the ground. My dad helped me up ... and i coodnt put any weight on it. I got thru the night ... but still this morning, its not better. It just feels like theres a giant bruise on it ... and i cant put much weight on it at all. Im going to the doctors soon. Do yu know whats wrong? Am i gunna need crutches or something? (link)
