Hey, im 5'4" and 130ish, I'd like to loose some weight. Any special excersize that works really well?

there are differnt excersizes for different things, i used to be a little over weight, and i joined a gym, and the woman who worked there explained this. in order to lose weight u have to keep your heart rate up the whole time, so had be do a very quick walk, or a slow jog on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then do the machines in the gym, use 4 of them, quickly, with low wieght and high repitition, then get back on the treadmill for 7 minutes, then use 4 more machines.....untill youve used them all, it is important not to rest in between, but to keep ur heart rate up, (its up when u are a little out of breath and ur heart is beating fast) but to drink pleanty of water, i dropped 15 lbs in a month, adn kept it off, ask me if u have any questions...good luck

I cut myself. I've been cutting for about half a year. I've never had a problem hiding it or anything. Just recently I've been trying to stop. I know its bad. My problem is that I have P.E. starting 2nd semester (in January) and I don't know how to hide the scars (I'm going to have it 2nd period if it helps). My parents don't know, and I don't want them to know either. We have to wear uniforms so I don't know how I'm gonna pull this off. Also, bracelets and jewelry aren't allowed. Any ideas? Thank you. well first of all, you need to stop right now, but i ownt lecture u on that, since u already said you are trying to stop. my only ideas would be a sweat band, or just try waterproof make up. these ideas are only if u have stopped. if you havent, you shouldnt be trying to hide them, and you need to get help and tell someone now

hey well start it off im 13-m. ok well about how hard would it be to find a girl that is like only interested in sex after marriage for dating material? because seems like everywhere i look on here, theirs a pregnant girl or one worried about it. i'm just talking about like later in my life, in my twenties right out of college. just to be prepared. also, i was reading a book, and a guy asked the girl if she was a virgin, and she said that she wasnt even embarrased. so are you like supposed to be embarrassed if your a virgin?

im a 14/f and i think its awsome that u feel that way. the guys in my school only focus on having sex. adn yeah some guys in the school are emmbarrased to be virgins, but im not. if i knew you, id date you...dont worry about it, youll find a girl who has the same feelings as you

All right, I have a friend Lizzie, and we are really close. She has a group of friends that I always knew didn't like me that much, and that never bothered me. but all of a sudden she's telling me that she can only hang out with me on the bus on Thursdays, and doesn't talk to me anymore. i wish i could tell you what to do, but belive me ive been there before. sometimes it is time to move on, and other times you no you guys should be best friends. talk to her, as hard as it is, and tell her how u feel. if she feels the same way, work on and u will ull through, if sh egets angery, maybe it is time to pull back a little, adn hang out with some of your own new friends, good luck

I just got my belly button pierced today and when i went to clean it out i was going to use safegaurd soap... but it was a deoderant soap to or something, and has a little scent, do you think that its going ot hurty my belly button n all because it has a scent?

well i just got the cartlige on my ear pierced and my belly button about 2 weeks ago, try using dove for sensitive skin, it has no scent and nothing bad in it at all, wet a wash cloth, and run the soap in it, then use the CLEAN cloth to wash it follow with some antibiotic cream and ur good to go, (this came from the doctor) hope i helped

I am no stranger to the behaviour of most guys. Very sexual, like the jokes about sex but I have a slight problem, I don't know how to react. I have a few guys that are bothering me at this time I will explain. Well this boy called karl right he's 17 and i'm 14, well basically he wants sex and he keeps pestering me he tried to touch me up and I don't know what to do. Some boys just fancy me and I can take that. There's this other boy called Steve who's 16 but he thinks i'm going to go out with him and tries to get me to cheat on my boyfriend and his girlfriend which gets me in trouble with his girlfriend. Another boy I don't see but he's really nice, prob is he calls me all these names and keeps asking me out. A little younger boy who's a few months younger than me is asking me to strip i don't know how to answer these there a no but how do I say that assertively? (link)

not to sound cliche, but say no, if you have to add a HELL no. these guys sond liek typical guys, but u gotta relize not all guys are like that, so wait for one who isnt. in the meantime, stay wiht ur boyfriend, adn tell them in a non joking manner, that it makes u really uncomfortable, and could they stop, if they dont, stop talking to them so much, theyll get the idea

Hi. I have been having this problem with my blatter. I haven't been able to tell weather i have to pee or not. I have recently done some drugs that I beleive could mess up my kidney's but I have also had sex. I am wondering if sex can make you not know if you can pee, and also give you a felling of for example. A day when you havent pee'd for a while and you need to go really bad. That feeling...but when u sit down..nothing comes out. Could that be from sex? Or no. Plz do not delete this. After this question I'll never ask it again! Plz and thank you.

sounds like a UTI see ur doctor for antibiotics, belive me ive had em before, there not pleasent, but easily treated

not wierd, an easier way my be waxing, it doent hurt THAT bad and u only have to do it every 4 to 6 weeks, until then, dont think about what other ppl do, shave there if u want :)

well, if it is what u and ur friends actually do, then there not rumors, but if they are rumors, i would talk to her, ask her if that had ne thing to do with it, adn reassure her that it was not true. if she still wont belive you, then its good she didnt say yes, becasue u need honesty for a realtionship

hey, yes u can get them even if you dont need glasses, and yes i also think you need an apointment, unless your store sells colored non perscription contacts. i love those things, there so awsome...good luck and have fun

i am at my wits end as to what to do circumstances are such that i may not be able to get my kids that much for christmas i know that christmas is more than gifts so if that is your advice thanks but my kids are use to gifts for christmas i am sure i will be able to figure something out but any suggestions would be helpful thanks this is really getting me depressed (link)

im not gonna tell you that christmas is more then gifts...even tho it is supposed to be. a couple years ago my family had the same problem, and my parents solution was a great one. we had a party at the house with a grab bag. everyone got a secret santa, yes childish, but fun, and we all bought presents for the name we chose, it was a lot of fun, then all my frineds and family decerated the tree. ( another something that helped was that my mother cooked my brother and me our favorite desserts and got us jiont presents, a movie they would both enjoy, or a video game) hope it helped

Well my boyfriend is acting really strange...well he always act like he doesnt want to do anything with me i always have to make the plans...he doesnt call me....he doesnt ask to meet me places accept for at times that is really not a good time...and i call him all the and he doesnt pick up unless i send a text message saying PICK UP YOUR PHONE...and i think that is very unacceptable i dont want to take up tooo muck of your time but please help HELP (link)

i think that is very unacceptable too. i can tell you really like him, but u have to make sure he is in it as much as you are. belive me i have been exactly where you are now, when you give a guy ur all, and hes just not giving it back. you need to think about it, and talk to him, see if he is still in for it, if not then its time for you to let him go, thought it may hurt, and if he says he is just busy lately, try setting up a date he cant bail on. good luck
