i seriously ALWAYS have that problem. girls are easier to buy for then they are, but some stuff a guy might like is.. calogne, a shirt he might like, a movie he might like, a CD he might like.. anything. don't be afraid to ask him. its probably better to know what he wants then surprising him and him not liking it.

I know there is something messed up in my head because i get angery, sad, and happy really quickly and when i am mad, i throw things. i hate the way i act and i have been trying to change, but nothing has been working. ive told my mom and sister this and they really havent done anything to help me. what should i do?

i know this seems hard to do at the time, but when you think about throwing things.. work out. it sounds so stupid, but i swear it works. you work off all your energy and anger and you can take it out doing those pushups or crunches. if you throw things, you'll have to clean up the mess. who wants to clean when they're mad?
