every time i see him, i get a knot in my stomache..
theres this guy who liked me all of last year.. i "went out" with him once, but he dumped me the same day, and i knew i couldnt count on him, so even though i liked him, i never said yes the next thousand times he asked me.. now that he's finally moved on and has another girlfriend, i think i was being stupid, and i miss him so much.. i know i should tell him but i dont know what he'll do.. i'd even settle for just being friends, but see since i said no so many times we dont talk that much anymore so we're not even really friends.... should i tell him how i feel? i'm afraid he'll be like "too bad, you had your chance" cause i did that to him so many times.. and i feel awful now cause i feel like i made a huge mistake:( so what do i do??!

I think you might be kinda jeliouse that he has another girlfriend now...(sorry for the forwardness :o) )But anyway i think you should definatly tell him if thats whats really in your heart!! Tell him that you WOULD just settle being friends! But dont tell him that you like him still because that might cause frikshin in his new relationship!! So wait untill they have broken up (but not to soon after they break up) then share the news!! I hope everything gos well and i hope i helped!!

At the time yes you did do the right thing the first few times but just be like i lied i said no all those times cuz i didnt want to get hurt again.
