There is nothing that can make your boobs grow.
Her's probably grew because she's growing up and going through puberty. It also depends on how old you are, if your over 16 I suggest you go to a doctor you are familiar with and ask them to check if you have any muscle tissue, if not I would recommend implants cause if their is no muscle they will never grow.

But you don't have to get implants. Big boobs aren't everything. And implants are a big and expensive descision, and make sure, if you are really serious about getting them, that you talk to a parent/guardian about it first.

Here are some tips on how to make your boobs "look" bigger.

Push up bras - a good push up bra can make your boobs seem a whole size bigger.

Multiple bras - this can get annoying at times because it gets really tight, but it does make them look bigger. Don't go crazy and wear like 5 bras at the same time. 2 is enough. Combine a push a bra with a normal bra over the top to make them look bigger without it getting to tight. Wear the push up bra on the tightest hook and the normal bra on the loosest.

Stuffing your bra - Tissues, toilet paper, what ever you have, just shove it under your boob to lift it up more.

Excersising - If you exercise the upper body it strengthens the muscles around your chest and it makes your boobs perk up.

Tight tops - Combine these with a push up bra and voila. Big boobs.

Highwaisted clothes/ high waisted belts - Combine with a tight top, push up bra and thee you go.

Chicken fillets - These are those squishy cousion things that you put in your bra to make your boobs look bigger.

Water filled bras - Just pop one on and hey presto, you have big boobs. But when your wearing one don't go near anything pointy. They might pop.

Tell her you want it thinned out with lots of layers and a side swept fringe but not mullety. You don't want it too thick at the top.

But you say you have thick curly hair, so it might get annoying having to straighten it everyday. Because that kind of hairstyle won't look good on curly hair.

Another option is to get it permanently straightend. But you have to remember that once your hair starts to grow out again the straightened parts will grow out.

It depends on the length of your hair and the style.

but if you really want to dye it then i think you need something dark but not too dark.

because if you go too light it will look weird coz you have dark eyes.
And something too dark won't suit you coz your face is light.
So i think you should dye it a dark brown, kinda like emma roberts hair on wild child.

What you have to do is confront your friend.

They can sometimes resize titanium rings by a little bit by stretching them up but then can't be resized down.
