I just feel like giving up. Every since me ex wife and I divorced she has made it her purpose in life to ruin me. I gave her the house in divorce and asked for nothing in return. She was ordered to get the house refinanced and has not. She wont even let me see my daughter by making excuses everytime I try to see my daughter. I really feel like killing myself. I have no money and am always stressed out. I cant take it anymore. I cant afford a lawyer, maybe I wasnt suppose to be here. I just bought a gun and st first I was scared to use it but I am losing that fear.

Please don't kill yourself. You can sort your life out. It may seem hard, but you can do it. Think of your precious daughter! How much you love her! How would she feel if you killed yourself? How would she cope? Every little girl needs a father. I'm a girl, so I know that for a fact.
Get rid of the gun right now. Get it out of your house and out of your life! Just think okay- “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
Your life doesn't have to end this way. Begin your life again, right now. Forget your ex-wife. What's important now if becoming a man who is confident and happy with his life. A man whose daughter loves and admires him. She needs that. And so do you.

You need to make this woman sit down and listen to you. You have to make her understand how hard your life has been so far and all you want is to be her son. Explain to her how hard it is for you to trust people, due to your past, and that you needed to know that she was sincere and kind.
Let her know you're truly sorry for contacting her friend without her approval. Tell her how much she means to you!
It may take awhile, but eventually she'll forgive you. You just have to be patient. :)

What do i do? im 13 and i wont to put blue streaks in my hair and my mom even said i could but, i dont wont to bleach my hair. i've looked on the cumputer for ideas on what to do because my hair is little brown (becuase i have died it many times). i don't know what to do! but i was wondering if i should just die my hair blond then put blue streaks in my hair. A friend of mine had clip-in streaks. She had brownish-blackish hair and it looked amazing. They were very simple to put in and looked very real. People were always coming out and saying "Are they real?"
I'm sure they'll be easy to find in beauty shops.

You're ten. That is way to young to be dating. If you like him, stay with him if you don't, then don't.

Your're not fat. But if this is what you really want to do then the best way would be to get atleast 30 minutes of excersise a day. This could be running, power-walking, kicking a soccer ball, etc. You could join a local sporting team. I play hockey and love it sooo much, Its a great, social event where you have fun and get excersise.
Also, improving your diet is good as well. Eat fruit and vegies everyday and replace junkfood with an apple or banana, etc.

I have this really good friend, we're both girls and in 9th grade and her little sister, a few grades lower, thinks we're also close friends. I like her and all but she's always inviting herself over and keeps asking when I say no or hang on or I don't know, and when she does come over she eats my food, bullies my brother and doesn't listen to my parents. She also argues with her sister when they're over and doesn't listen to us. I don't want to hurt her feelings because she's kinda my friend but what should I do? (link)

Well, this is a tough situation as a young girl's feelings are involved. If you try and introduce your friend's sister to some girls her own age, that are nice, she may begin to hang around them more.
Otherwise, if you tell her parents how you feel and how she acts when she is at your house, they may talk to her and she will ease up abit.
If none of these above answers work, you shall just have to use confrontation. Sit down with her and tell her how you really like her and like hanging out with her, but, you think its time you both hang out with people your own age. Tell her that you will still see her, just not all the time.
Just make sure you are nice, caring and gentle.

The best way would be to sell some of your things that you no longer need/want on ebay or other online stores.
However, this process can become a little complicated because, you must remember to set a reasonable price and the postage and handling costs can become a bit complicated depending on how far you are sending the product.

I am 23 years old and Me and my boyfriend were together about a month when i found out i was pregnant(with my first)I am now 12 weeeks along and things are not looking good. We have been arguing and i catch him in little lies about stupid things. Which makes me wonder if he lies about other bigger things. I dont think i am in love with him but i am afraid to break up cause i don't want my kid to not have a father.. I only say this because he has a daughter already that he never goes and sees of make an effort to be a good father. Is staying with someone for a baby a bad thing or am i stressing about nothing?? It is lovely that you care so much about your baby and that you want her to grow up with a father. But, you shouldn't stay with him.
I think staying with him would be a bad idea. Once the baby grows up, she/he will always hear you two fight. Thats not an environment you want your baby to be in.
If you leave him, your child can still see him. You can have joint custody or whatever you decide. Your child will have a much better life, if your happy, and I don't think you can be happy when your with him.

I'm sorry that you two broke up. I agree with the other people who have given you advice. You can't make her love you. I'm sure she did before and she probably does still a little.
But she's moving on in her life. Breaking up with you was probably hard for her and she has only just been able to move on. You should let her.
You say you still love her, let her go. Let her be happy and enjoy her life. Remember, you will always be a apart of her life anyway.
Give it time and i'm sure you'll find someone else to fall in love with.

Last time i asked for advice (maybe you can check on my page what it was or something ) it was about a boy and me not getting his response on my hotmail to me saying I liked him =) four days later i received his response and he had asked me out ( HE was soo cute about it too :3 ) He told me it took him 4 days to find the right words to say :P later his friend told me how nervous he was =D SO FOR THE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO DON'T TAKE THAT CHANCE , sometimes you gotta or i would have lost him completely eventually . Firstly, that's great :D Congratulations.
Weekends are great times to hang out or after school, except after school your usually tired and have homework to do.
I think great things to do together are go see a movie or do something different. i.e; ice-skating, go-karting, rock-climbing etc. This will make the date fun and different.
It really all depends on what you two like to do. If you combine those things, I'm sure you'll find something fun to do together.

Well, I've been in the same situation. To be honest, I was way to nervous and scared to just tell him. So, We played truth and dare over MSN. I asked him who he liked . ( Hoping he would say me). And he described the person he likes and it sounded a lot like me. Then he asked me who I like and I just told him :)

I feel I'm a waste of space I'm an older person and yet I get yelled at by my 27yr old nearly every day. I feel this way also as I was a cleaner and hurt my back nearly 7 years ago. I was on workcover who was suppose to retrain me but all I got was 4 days word 4 days spreadsheets basic computer and yet I am suppose to get an admin job. Well I've tried have had to write down 5jobs a week for over 2years now and no one is willing to give me a go. In August workcover decided to not pay me anymore so I went on a centerlink payment which lost me nearly $200 a fortnight can't pay my bills, I was going to a psychologist which they no longer pay for yet I feel I need as I have felt quite often suicidal in the last few months and I can't even buy anything to end it all. I have decided now some ways I do not need to buy anything and I have made a time limit on when this will happen as I feel my children and granddaughters will be better off. After this November I probably won't have enough food to survive, I can't pay my bills, I can't get a job because of my bad back, my daughter yells at me, NO ONE cares about me and workcover has made my life hell. I feel I,m just exsisting. I have a court case against workcover where the judge was suppose to give an answer before christmas and here it is the 10th Jan and no answer.
I just can't deal with this anymore, I can,t afford anything there will be no christmas presents this year and probably no birthday present I feel so bad about this but I have tried time and time again for a job.My emotions are out of control so am I a waste of space? (link)

NO! You are not a waste of space. No one is a waste of space. You need to talk to your daughther. You are her mother and she needs to show you some respect.
I am truly sorry about your back and you whole situation. If you ever need someone to talk to, I am here. Truly.
