Just be blunt and tell him straight up. You never know, he could feel the same way. You don't want to pass up a chance and realize later what could have been.

Well, I've been in the same situation. To be honest, I was way to nervous and scared to just tell him. So, We played truth and dare over MSN. I asked him who he liked . ( Hoping he would say me). And he described the person he likes and it sounded a lot like me. Then he asked me who I like and I just told him :)
