Okay..I'm not sure if anyone can awnser this question for me, but just incase someone can i'm gona ask. I recently did dxm..its also known as skittles. And i know thats really stupid. Now i'm regretting it. I'ts about a day after and I'm feeling really dizy still. Like i did when I was on it. I'm thinking i should probaly go see a docter but mabye everyone feels like this? I did it with my bf too and he doesnt feel it any more..so i'm starting to worry. I'm also on anti depresseants so i think that might have something to do with it. Plz dont delete this question. I need some opinons before i tell my friends or family. Plz help me! ..

drugs effect people differently as everyones bodies are different which maybe why your bf is fine today. as its only a day after i wouldnt worry too much just yet. the reason your still feeling dizzy is probably because its the day after you put something into your body that its not used to. i dont personally think (although im no expert) that the fact you are on anti depressants would have a great effect on it. my advice is just drink loads of water or fluid today as your body may be slightly dehydrated. if your still feeling dizzy in a day or two then you could go to your GP just for your own peace of mind hope this helps :)

sometimes people still get their period during pregnancy it depends on the body type. when your period comes there may light spotting you may feel your breasts becoming tender and you may feel nauseaus. when your period does come if its a normal one there should be nothing to worry about. i definitely recommend a pregnancy test to confirm before its too late hope this helps :)

i know all these answers may sound the same to you but that is all you can do. it is hard to keep a distance relationship all peachy and stuff as your not always together but im sure that if he says he loves you and you love him things will work out. no matter how cheesy this sounds i really believe in the saying, love will always find a way and if this is the case then im sure you two will sort stuff out. good luck :)

this year's science is so hard for me. its called cpe science. i am getting an f (omg!), and the grading period ends in 1 1/2 weeks. if i work very hard do you think i may be able to bring the f to a d? im sure we will be having a test tomorrow or thursday, and we will have more labs and papers to be handed in. actually all my grades are slipping....please, i need help. is there a problem in your life which could be causing your grades to slip? is something on your mind? i think you should try and work very hard in the hope of bringing that f down to a d. because at the moment you have nothing to lose you cant get a worse grade can you. you could maybe talk to your teacher and explain that you realise your grades are slipping and getting this grade means alot to you is there anything extra she/he can get you to do for an extra bit of studying. just try an focus i know thats easier said than done, but whatever you do dont stress your self out too much thats the last thing someone needs when they have exams it will only make things worse. check out my column if you have anything else you want to talk about. hope this helps :)

Ok i have a boyfriend and this is a long distance relationship!he lives in iowa and i live in minnesota. so we are about 6 hours away from each other. We resently havent talked for almost two weeks and i know it doesnt seem long. i know its hard for him to get on with sports and homework and stuff and i understand that but i dont know if he doesnt want to talk to me or if he even likes me anymore.i love him so much and he says he loves me too but i just dont know what to do. am i just freaking out for no reason or what? can you please help me i have no clue of what to think or how to talk about this with him. ~Thanks~ (link)

ok, i am in a similer position to you which is why i have decided to try an help you, my boyfriend lives in the canary islands and i live in scotland so we are about 4 hours away on the plane and for about a week he just stopped texting me, i texted him everyday for about a week and he never texted me back. (he eventually texted me to say sorry he isnt good at texting back) its a horrible feeling i know. you havent said how long you have been going out. if its a while then i think you should just call him and ask straight out. you have a right to know. you arnt going to spend your life waiting for him to call, wondering if he still likes you. if he sounds distant then im afraid you should just leave him find someone who will love you and wont just drop you when he feels like it. no one deserves that. hope this helps good luck :)

well the title pretty much says it all. My friend, we'll call him Pig Vomit, has always been screwing me over during the two years that I've known him. He's hit on girls that he knows I like which ends up with me not getting a chance, he's made out with a girl that I was with when she was piss drunk and he'd had one beer.
BUT! This is it. He's actually trying to get with my sister. She's two years younger than us, he stole her MSN address from mine and now he's been talking to her nonstop, going on webcam, and he's absolutely serious. They've tried to keep it a secret that he's doin it, but my other friend Cam has told me and I've seen my sister quickly closing her conversation windows with him when I come upstairs.
What do i do? I'm seriously thinking about hurting him. I've already talked to him about it, Cam has talked to him about it, hell Cam has told him that I plan to beat him to a pulp if he doesn't stop. I don't know what else there is to do. (link)

this is a tough one, it seems as though this guy isnt really a friend at all if he can act this way. if he really isnt going to listen to you, you could try talking to your sister and explain that he is just using her and he is a complete loser and a waste of space. tell her that she could do better and hopefully she will see him for what he really is . as for hurting him, this probably wont actually solve anything in the long run it may possibly make matters worse. my advice is to talk to your sis and cut your so called mate out of your life all together soon everyone will realise what he is really like. hope this helps and good luck. :)

it all depends on what your going for, without getting too personal, i went to the gyno first at 16 for some prob that i had, but if its just a randon check then probably anytime from the age of 15 up til what ever age dont be worried what ever age you are, you have nothing to worry about its just a check up making sure nothings wrong

okay my [guy] best friends girl friend, who is also my friend since 8th grade, is talking HELLA shit about me...shes always thought that hes liked me more than friends but he doesnt at all..me and him have been best friends for a really long time and me and her have hung out in the same group of friends since 8th grade but weve never been close..ive talked to her many times about if she has a problem with me and why and it always gets resolved but then shell start talking about me after a few weeks after that..im gunna talk to her tomorrow i think because this time shes really over done it..to my face she kisses my ass and acts all fake n stuff and even comes to me for advice on her and her bf/my best friend and im sick of it..whut shold i do without causing drama, etc?? ok, basically i am in kinda the same position my best (guy) friend has a girlfriend and we dont really get on and she is jealous of our friendly relationship. Just ignore her, and if your friend really likes her, try not to slag her off in front of him as this will cause more tension and bitchiness. confront her if you like it may also solve things, at the end of the day, he is your friend and nothing more, so if she wants to act like a childish bit*h then let her, your friend will soon see her for the child she is.

does this guy really have a girlfriend or not? and if you dont know you should find out. this will depend on the answer. if he does have a girlfriend then im afraid you should stay well clear telling him how you feel is acceptable but you musnt make a move. if he doesnt have a girlfriend then its up to you to decide if you want to be his girlfriend or not if he said he had a girlfriend just to make you jealous then he may like you, and was maybe testing you to see what your reaction would be. good luck hope this helps! :)

depends. with most proffesional hair dying kits they recommend that you do a skin test first just to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. although sometimes too much dying and bleaching of the hair will cause it to weaken and in a result may fall out. as for highlights im not 100 percent sure but i would imagine that if you get them done proffesionally at a quality salon the results should be fine. you can always ask the hairdresser first. hope this helps! :)

my friend told me that she started to cut herself and i was like fighting back tears all day but i swore i wouldnt tell anyone and everyone was like WHATS WRONG WHATS WRONG cause the cutter is like my really good friend...i dunno why she does it either because i always see her smiling and having fun and she has a lot of friends i guess shes just putting on an act for everyone but anyways i think shes like always depressed about different stuff but i never knew it was this bad until the other day...i talked to her about it and told her she shouldnt do it anymore and stuff but now i think she started again WHAT DO i DO?!

it may not necassarily be an act, sometimes when people are on there own their emotions build up and they can go into a kind of thoughts over- drive which can make them not crazy but a little insecure causing alot of pain which causes them to relive the pain by cutting them selves. unfortunately you may never actually find out why exactly she is doing this as they tend to keep it secret but you have to do what you feel is best. if things do get any worse i would consider telling her parents but not to your friends knowledge. its a hard position to be in and there is no right or wrong answer just do what you think is right. hope this helps :)

my gf and i have been together for nearly 2 and a half years, she cheated on me with a guy from her school and lied to my face about her flirting and teasing and getting with him when i knew what was going on,

this is a hard one as you have been together for so long. but to be honest she lied to you, cheated on you, talked about you then lied again, the odds arnt looking too good. do you still feel as though you could trust her? for example if hse went away on a holiday or on a night out would you be constantly worrying she was cheating on you? she may love you too but she has alot of growing up to do and needs to realise the true quality of trust which is what a relationship needs to work. ask your self these things. but also remember that once a cheater, usually, always a cheater. hope this helps! :)

i find a green eyeshadow works really nice with green or hazel eyes one thats not too dark, also plum colours look nice as do browns you could also go for the smudged efect with a combo of browns and eyeliner. some yellows or golden colours look great if you slightly tanned. hope this helps! :)

i am very sorry to hear that there are certain people in your school who are making things difficult for you even though i left school a while ago i know how you are feeling and it isnt nice. as for telling someone that is also hard as you are worried it will make matters worse but you need to ask yourself , am i going to let these girls ruin my life and education. dont let them get what they want. stand up to them, do you have any close friends you could confide in or maybe an older sister or auntie? you must remember that your parents wont be mad with you. when you see them try not too look afraid or go places where you know they dont hang out. find people who have maybe noticed what these girls are doing and see if they can help you. if this is really destroying your life the best thing to do is to tell someone i promise. hope this helps! :)

if he is your friend then he should understand how you feel, although at 15 you must understand that some boys can be immature about this kind of thing, and are sometimes worried their mates will take the mick out of them . as you are already his friend make the effort of going out with him more and try dropping subtle hints that you like him and see what his reactions are then i think you will know for yourself what to do. hope this helps! :)
