15/m I'd like advice from someone who has a sixpack and who worked for one, not a skinnypack. Well I used to have a six pack from just doing situps, but then I stopped and now you could call it a "undefined six pack." What are some good work out's to get one. And I'd like more of an answer than just, "Do sit-ups." If you say that, then at least say how long and for how long. Or maybe say what you did to get a sixpack. K gracias... (link)

their is really only one way to get a sixpack and that is with sit-up. you can always do what i do. when i do sit-up i get some weights and put them on my cheast so it makes my abs even stronger and i try to keep this up cause it works pretty damn good. so get some wights and put then on your chest. good luck

Basicly you can talk about sex with any one. If your at someones house for the first time and you dont want any aqward silance the only way to stop it is to talk but if you dont have anything to talk about sex is the best thing because so much can be said about it. Phyiscally i want them to be some what good, like if we go swiming she will look good in a swim suit. Any girl will know with a good body confdance is always their. But Sexually i atleast want them to be open with sex like we dont have to do it but if we talked about it then she wont be grossed out.

i would say try to hold his hand but when a girl does that to me that i am not dateing then i freake me out. you should try to kiss him but only when yall are alone. or put him in the spot so he has to try. what you do is ask him to help you do something then give him the stair so he knows whats uo (i promiss it will work)but if it dosnt work you try to give him a little kiss not a big on just one thats will say hi.like i said befor dont do it in front of people cause if you miss you will feel stupid. well...im female, and 15 years old.
i'm not very popular, but i wouldnt say im a geek either.
i really dont feel like i have any friends. im sort of friends, or what you would call aquiantences (sp) with probably 15 people, but i dont actually feel like i have someone to be there for me when i need it.
school really sucks. nobdoy call tell though. i always act hyper and friendly but its beginning to get harder lately, just because.
i would like to know if other people feel like this...or if its just me. adivce would be nice too. sorry if i sound depressed or something. i dont think i am, just the place im in right now does not fit very well with my personality.

Their was a couple of times i felt that way about kids at my school. The thing that suprized me was when my brother left or iraq he called me in school to say bye. Not even 2 secands after he told me he was gunna leave i started to cry thinking i would never see him agian. But the thing is the people that i thought where only aquiantences helped me out. They told me it would be ok and and not to cry cause for someone like myself for me to cry is big cause my role in any group is the tough guy so for me to cry its something big. The point of the story is that you might think of them as aquiantences but if you just let them try to be your friend it would really help.

Dude me might ignore you because she feels the same way and you got her really confused about what she wants. Dont try to do anything, maybe call her once a day everyday ro show you really do care,but since yall are just friends the reason i said not to do anything is because sending flower or candy to her would just scare her. when you feel a close friend you like them you have to ease your way into it, like take her for walks or something intill shes ready for a movie.

I have been hanging out with this guy lately, and he acts like he likes me because he calls me everyday and he wants to come over everyday... and he flirts with me and stuff. He's also friends with one of my moms (younger) guy friends, Brian, and he's cool with my mom too through Brian. I know that sounds weird but it's not, he's 19 I'm 17. Well if you like this kid then you should repect what he does and when he does it. I would'nt try to make the first move because it might scare him or he'll like it i dont know what kinda guy he is. The best way to get some one to like you a lot more is to watch movies with him alone so yall have to coudle coudling will make and one fall in love. It will help i promiss.

umm im not gunna say no but i lost mine when i was 14 and now i kinda wish i dident lose it so soon cause now im more open with and not afraid to do it every chance i get, some times thats not a problem but when your 17 you run the risk of getting a gil pregant but you might wunna try to start a family so that would be a good thing, the best thing to do is not look for sex it will come to you.

so you wunna lose weight but you dont wunna do a lot of sit ups, so what i would say to do. to lose weight you dont always have to wokr out but yea it helps, just to let you know you cant just lose weight and expect to have a 6 pack to geta 6 pack your still gunna need to do the situps a 6 pack is just like any other muscle you have to wokr it out to be tone and fit. But if you just lose the weight it will just be extera skin and even thoght your skinny the lose skin will still look gross. Being lazy and trying to lose the weight by diet isent gunna get you good results befor school. To be skinny you have to make a sacriface and that is puting your boby throught some challenges such as push ups, beleave me their not as bad as they seem.

Two weeks ago I got into a fight with a man that was a close friend of mine. The fight was over msn messanger. I told him I would never have an affair with a married man but that I still wanted to be his friend. Now he wants nothing to do with me and has even blocked me off his contact list. It hurts so bad because he had been a friend of mine for the last 4 years- I was beginning to think that he was hoping I would have an affair with him because he isnt happy in his marriage- I would only ever be intimate with him IF he left his wife. Well to be truth full your not doing any thing wrong if this guy wanted to have and affair with you and you wont let it happen your a good person and and guy would wunna be with some one like that, As for the problem tyr your hardest to talk to him and when you do dont try to be all nice put him on the spot and ask him why he doesnt wunna be friends any more, then ask him if he doesnt like his wife that much get a divorce. If i was married i would never want my wife to cheat on me no matter how bad the relationship wa getting cheated on is probully the worst thing to do to someone
