advice on a sixpack 15/m I'd like advice from someone who has a sixpack and who worked for one, not a skinnypack. Well I used to have a six pack from just doing situps, but then I stopped and now you could call it a "undefined six pack." What are some good work out's to get one. And I'd like more of an answer than just, "Do sit-ups." If you say that, then at least say how long and for how long. Or maybe say what you did to get a sixpack. K gracias...

Well, you could still do sit ups, but heres some other stuff. Do supermans. lay on your stomach and hold your arms out and your legs out, without putting them down. Another one, lay on your back, and bend your legs to your stomach then stretch it out, without putting it down. Hope I helped.

do crunches and other ab workouts. those tend to work if you do enough of them often enough. so pretty much
crunches
sit ups
leg presses
running/jogging
and yeah ]
i have a 4 pack but im working on a six pack.. my mom is a pilates teacher and she tells me to do it and i do and it helps soooo much. it works your core and nothing else. try it im telling its the best idea and you feel gereat afterwards. hope i helped ]
their is really only one way to get a sixpack and that is with sit-up. you can always do what i do. when i do sit-up i get some weights and put them on my cheast so it makes my abs even stronger and i try to keep this up cause it works pretty damn good. so get some wights and put then on your chest. good luck ]
