i dont think ur underwieght but u r skinny. maybe u should try to eat a lot more. also work out though. try to eat HEALTHY stuff not fats and candy. eat a lot of meat. well i hope i helped.

Im 15/f I always feel like I cant breathe deeply enough. I feel like every 5 minutes I am sitting there trying to yawn but I can never get myself to yawn deeply enough and it takes me like 5-10 mins just go get one yawn out. And I probably look pretty stupid too like sitting there in class yawning all the time. I know i dont get enough sleep, but even on the weekends when i get like 11 hours i still have trouble breathing deeply/yawning. It might be stress related too..but i think ive had this problem since i was little. Is this normal? ANy ideas on how to help? thx
u should try to get a LOT of sleep on 1 day of the week.this will probaly help. if it doesnt then its probaly just normal.

I think you should try to get to know one of those ppl really good. So that they are like ur best friend. This way you wouldnt always fell sorta left out. Try to invite that one person over to ur house a lot and do things with him/her.
