ok ... well i got my period in 6th grade. im now in 8th grade and i don't use tampons. is this bad? should i start using them? how do i start? i'm kind of scared to .. i tried once but chickened out. all of my friends that have their period, even those who just got it, say they use tampons. with the summer coming up &all .. should i start? thanks (link)

its all really up 2 you!! i find them quite uncomfortable but they're really useful if you want 2 go swimmin or just dont want the pad 2 show through your school clothes. i would try them because you might find that you prefer them 2 pads.

if you want my advice dont have a baby. it may feel like a baby will sort all your problems out now but it WONT feel like that later!! i can understand but 4 1 thing you probably want your child 2 be proud of his/her father and this way (no offence) you might just have sex with any1 who'll most likely walk out on you! babies take up so much of your time you really will regret it!!

i really think you should go 4 it!! most relationships that work out are between people that are friends 2! it doesn't matter, or shouldnt matter that you are a tomboy! weight doesnt matter 2 most boys either, and if it does matter 2 a boy then hes not worth it. a boy should respect you 4 who you are!!

I just found out that a distant relative who passed away has left me an 800 dollar inheritance. It may not sound like a lot but to me it is. I should be getting the money within the next month.
I would like to purchase something with the money. I don't want to blow it on clothing or CD's or DVD's. What would be something that I could buy that would be a wise purchase? I already have a DVD player and a computer. (link)

if your quite young i think you should save it 4 something special if you cant think of anything 2 spend it on. as its from some1 who passed away they're probably quite close 2 you aswell so they probably would want you 2 spend it on something special!!!!

I want my tounge pierced so bad, and i have for a while. My dad thinks its trashy and my mom goes along with what my dad says. My friend really likes someone and he really likes her. They both know that they like each other and they look so cute together. There is only one problem, my friends parents doesnt let her date and this boy will be no exception. Shes afraid that if he asks her out she will have to say no because she does really like him. i think that your friend should talk 2 her parents and explain that she really likes this boy. maybe they could compromise like "if you go out with him promise u'll keep up with your h/w" or only see him 1ce a week or something like that

ok so im friends with this one guy Will. we have this whole group of friends..4 girls and 2 guys including Will...i always feel like im saying or doing the wrong thing to him. for example..i always take his ipod and listen to it b/c it has better songs than mine ((also to kinda firt with him)). and i had no idea that he was mad at me for doing that but he told my friend Claire that he doesn't like it. and another time when i asked him for a bite of his pizza..he said no and i begged some more and then he said no still and ((jokingly))i said i hate you will...((jokingly)) but i think he took it the wrong way...simply put im always saying/doing the wrong thing to him...how do i stop doing saying or doing the wrong thing around him? well it depends on your face shape really!! layers can look good on almost any1! medium-length hair tends 2 suit an oval or heart shaped face. short hair looks best on square faces.long hair suits a round or long face. curly hair looks best on some1 with a long or square face.

I'm scared to death of tampons; but I need to start using them because I play volleyball and I don't want the pad to be visible. I keep trying to put them in, but they get to a point where I can't push it in anymore and it hurts so bad I want to cry. I've used almost a whole box trying to put one in; does anyone have any tips that might help this be less painful? (link)

i dont really have much advice on how 2 put tampons in as i've only had 2 do it 1ce or twice but trust me the first time is definately the worst! after that it doesn't hurt at all!

well usually i like my mom but now i feel like i hate nothing more than her! i told her not to go into my room but she did and i mean thats not thaat baad but she told me she wont but she still did and then she read all the things i wrote and i have this crush on a guy named david and i wrote his name like 50 times on a piece of paper and she saw that 2! i hate that i dont want her 2 know!!!!!!!! and now i'm really angry at her i trusted her and she just went in there! i think she knows 2 much about me she knows that i hate school she knows all my friends she knows like everything and i always hated that and now she also knows who i have a crush on and I CANT STAND IT ANYMORE! ore i want to go out at 7pm and than she says no no its to dark and blablabla and there are even junger kids than me out there!
