i just got a motorola z3 and its a mp3 player, i use motorola phone tools , and when i hook my phone to the usb cord and click on motorola phone tools it says "a required .DLL file, MSVCR80.DLL, was not found." what does that mean i have to do ? (link)

MSVCR80.DLL is part of Microsoft .net Framework 2.0.
Aparently uninstalling Windows Defender beta 2 will cure it.
If you dont have Windows Defender beta 2 then obviously this wont work.

Just talk to him, find out what he likes. After a while you will get into a routine it's inevitable. Experiment in the bedroom (or kitchen, living room etc). Doing the same stuff all the time gets boring. Just try some different positions, sexy underware etc.

This is probably my fault.. But.. my friends don't ever.. really hang out with me. My old friends that go to a different high school. I've tried contacting some over Myspace and they don't reply [I've seen them online] I don't know what to do.
I miss my old friends. Some ignore me and won't.. hang out with me until I bring it up.

I haven't done anything wrong.. just that we go to different schools.
But they seem so busy with their new friends and they told me.. that I could always go to them to talk about things...
But I have a feeling they won't listen.
I think.. if they really wanted to be my friend or something they would have said something weeks ago or made plans with me..
but they don't .. and I don't say anything either.I don't ALWAYS want to be the one that has to ask or start a conversation. I did before and I feel like the friend that they put on a shelf ... go to for a last resort.
What should I do?
I sometimes go to their high school to see them and they act all happy around me.. but we don't hang out anywhere else or talk [email, phone, myspace, IM]

The problem is, as you get older and go your separate ways you meet different people. You can't expect to keep the same friends you had when you were younger. You must have new friends at your new school so spend time with them.

I got a laptop about four months ago and it's always worked fine. However, recently it's been switching itself off for no apparent reason. Without any warning it will just completely shut off, without going through any shutting down processes or anything like that. It's only happened a few times but I don't want it to get any worse.
Does anyone know what the problem is? Or how I could fix it? (link)

If it gets really annoying return it under warrenty (I am assuming your country will allow it) and state the problem. It should be either replaced or repaired under warrenty.

I was walking to class, and my cousin went up to me and asks me a question. "Dose your friend Sara have a boyfriend?" I told her "no why?" "Cause I saw her with some guy and they were hugging" so me and my cousin Lily were talking about it till the bell rang and I head to class. My friend Becky is in my class and I ask her "Sara has a boyfriend?" she said "yeah why? Didn’t she tell you?" I told her no. 2 days later, i got a chance to talk to her, (but sha all ready broken up with him because he was annoying her and she never did like him.)
So after school when I was walking home, Sara walked with me because we both live near the school. I ask her "why didn’t you tell me you had a boy friend?" she replied "what!? Oh I thought Becky will tell you" she said in an annoying tone. "Well isn’t supposed to be you saying you do have a bf?" then she got all defensive "I forgot to tell you okay sorry!" I told her to clam down.

Hi I'm 16 year old female and I recently have been experiancing pain in my side near my ribs it mostly hurts really bad when I sneeze. It also hurts whenever I lay on my side and basically just when I make sudden movements. I am playing tennis but haven't had practice all this week so It cant be from that. ok my bff and i have been bff for 2 1/2 years now we are in a major fight. I started ignoring her a week after she started lying to me and changing big time. Shes acting like someone shes not. She finnaly got the clue today and she cant see whats wrong i've tried everything! Ok I wrote you about the female boss who easedrops on conversations. Dont get me wrong she is very nice but she does not know how to manage people. Today she was out, as well as her assistant so the boss that our female boss reports to asked Steve (a person from another department) to come and help. A few people in my department questioned Steve on how his department is and Steve said very laid back no one has to ask for permission to get coffee during the day or if they want to go into the break room for a ten minute break. That is when Kathy (my coworker) told Steve how we have to ask permission for everything. And maybe Steve could talk to the big bosses about making him head of our department but if Steve does talk to the big bosses Kathy and the others want to be kept out of the picture. Any way later on in the day Bill (of our employees who has some clout) called over the employees to chew them out and said; do you realize now Steve is not talking to anyone and he is going to go back and tell his boss what you said and who in turn will tell our boss and her boss. And Steve does not have to know all the problems our department is having. Also if you are having problems with our boss talk to her; That is when I said; Dont get me wrong, we all like her as a person but she treats us like children. And any type of problems we have you should address to her not us; Bill said; I will not talk to our boss, it is not my place; After this conversation I saw Steve on the computer working on Power Point. Steve said to me; I am so busy doing a presentation for my department that I do not have any time to talk to any one here: SO MY QUESTION WHAT DO YOU MAKE OF HOW BILL IS INTERPRETING THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION THAT STEVE AND MY COWORKERS HAD. Office politics is a dangerous thing. I have seen careers ruined over simple disagreements. Once someone has some seniority over others they go on a deranged power trip. I think that is what Bill is doing.
He senses problems in your department and has to stamp down on it before it gets worse.
You shouldn't have spoken to steve about the problems you are having with your boss. It's nothing to do with him. If you want his as a boss, transfer to his department. Don't try and change things as you will only regret it.
If you want rid of your female boss, there are ways to do this.
Evil ways (and you don't even have to go as far as to harm her physically).
