motorola z3 music

i just got a motorola z3 and its a mp3 player, i use motorola phone tools , and when i hook my phone to the usb cord and click on motorola phone tools it says "a required .DLL file, MSVCR80.DLL, was not found." what does that mean i have to do ?

MSVCR80.DLL is part of Microsoft .net Framework 2.0.

Aparently uninstalling Windows Defender beta 2 will cure it.

If you dont have Windows Defender beta 2 then obviously this wont work.
